Fisherman's Paradise with Atlantic Ocean Views. "Keys Release" is located in Marathon Florida, the heart of the Florida Keys. Only one house in from the Atlantic Ocean, with quick easy access through a well navigated deep water canal, you will be fishing, snorkeling, diving in no time. Or if you would rather relax by the pool (heating of hot tub is not available only pool for additional fee), or enjoy the ocean breeze under the Tiki hut, that is always an option.

Keys Release offers a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath upstairs and a separate 1/bedroom/ 1 bath efficiency downstairs. Upstairs Interior boasts a full kitchen with all appliances, dinning room and dinning table. The dinning room opens into the spacious living room including plenty of seating, and flat screen TV and views of the canal and Atlantic Ocean.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, views of the canal and a connected full bathroom. Second upstairs bedroom includes a queen size bed, smart TV.
Downstairs efficiency 1/1 with separate entrance includes a queen size bed, pullout couch,smart TV,mini kitchen and full bathroom.There is also a laundry area located in the downstairs game room.

The concrete dock will hold up to a 36 foot boat, clean your catch on the dockside fillet table, ample water hoses, outside shower, fill your coolers up with the ice from the 400lb. ice machine, and store your bait in the separate refrigerator/freezer(downstairs game room).

If you are not out on the water there are many fun things to do at "Keys Release" a game of ping pong in the downstairs game room, play a game of ring toss under the Tiki hut, relax in the heated pool, and our personal favorite ~relaxing on the upstairs deck while enjoying the tranquil ocean view and breezes.

There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailer parking in the front (private) driveway. **Please note Parking of RV's are not permitted **The house is completely fenced in on quiet residential street.

10% discount for stays over 28 days. A mid month cleaning at 250.00 is required.

Fabulous vacation

This place is in a great location. Its got a fun pool. We really enjoyed watching the NFL PLAYOFFS on the big screen TV under the tiki hut near the pool. . The owner is ver attentive to whatever you need. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! This home provided the perfect spot for us to relax and refresh! The pool is beautiful and there are a few different outdoor spots to sit and just enjoy the lovely weather and view. The setup and location of this home are PERFECT!!

Everything about this home was amazing. Location was great, it was the perfect size for two families. The apartment downstairs was also perfection for the young adults! Pool and patio area were our favorite spot to hangout most of the day. The outdoor surround sound by the pool was AWESOME!! We loved everything about our stay in Marathon this year!!

This is a wonderful house for families to enjoy time together. Pool is wonderful & tiki hut so fun. The porch upstairs with a view out to the ocean is beyond relaxing. Beds were so comfortable, extra room in lower level is great for teen kid(s) who want their own space. Location was so close to everything. Jenny was so very very wonderful to work with. Great Florida getaway

We had an amazing two week stay at this wonderful house. The pool and tiki bar were a lot of fun along with morning coffee on the upstairs balcony. I will never tire of that amazing view. The neighborhood is very quiet. We saw some lizards, a manatee, pelicans and a heron all here at the house. House was as described and had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely consider coming here again.

Week long escape from the Midwest

Loved the upper balcony for views of the ocean both day and night! Great tiki hut for gathering by the pool and the speakers around the pool were such a great amenity! Kitchen was well equipped. Awesome “Keys Release” Vacation

Several years ago, three couples, all in our early sixties, decided to take a week each year and stay at a different location. We have stayed at some nice places and always enjoyed our trips. Key Release and relax!

This house has everything you could possibly want in a vacation house. Ice machine is priceless for those who fish! The tiki bar set up provided us a place to do a puzzle, watch our shows and covered us from the occasional rain shower. The ping pong room and extra frig was so much fun. The inside of the house was perfect, and had a great view of the ocean. Thank you for the precious memories!

Loved the house and outdoor area. Pool was great, tiki hut was awesome. Had a beautiful view of the ocean. Jenny was responsive and helpful. Only issue was the efficiency unit wasn't properly cleaned. We would have loved to use the hot tub. Didn't know it wasn't included with the house. 0verall, we would come back! A very enjoyable vacation.
