Perfect Vacation Location ! 2 bedroom 2 bath Inter coastal Waterfront suite with pool. Walk to beach and restaurants2 bedroom 2 full baths. This condo is right across from the beach access, located in the beautiful Indian Shores area on the Inter-coastal Waterway! Welcome to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit has been updated with a beautiful kitchen featuring wood cabinets and granite counter tops. Excellent floor plan lends itself to entertaining with the huge breakfast bar/island and two sliders opening to the large balcony to enjoy sunsets and the beach air! Grounds have a private pool, small pool side charcoal grill, tables & chairs and restroom. Come and enjoy this little slice of paradise.

The condo was very spacious and had a nice, large patio that we enjoyed. The kitchen, however, was very sparsely stocked, and there weren’t any extra amenities such as plastic cups, to-go cups, koozies, games, or cards, which would have been nice to have available.The beach chairs provided came in very handy, and we used them at the pool quite a bit. The pool area itself was very clean, and the nearby bathroom was especially convenient and well maintained. The pool area was quite small and crowded during our stay, likely due to spring break. It could definitely benefit from about 10 more chairs, as many people ended up laying on towels on the concrete.Check-in was very easy, and management was very responsive, which we appreciated.

We arrived at 10:30pm due to a delayed flight. After carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs the entry code provided did not work. I called the property care phone number and a woman there gave me another number to try which was also incorrect. She said that she would message someone and that they would call me immediately. We waited out in the hallway for a callback which never came. I called again and she said that no one responded but she would try again. Again we waited but received no call. Now it was an hour later and we called once more only to be told that there was still no response. At that point we decided that we were not going to be able to enter the rental so I called my credit card company and told them to cancel payment and we left the premises to find somewhere to stay that night. About two hours after we left I received a text with two other codes to try. By that time we were long gone. I called VRBO to explain the situation to make sure that I would not be charged.

The perfect family stay!

The location was right across the street from the beach, the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the dining options nearby. The house had everything we needed and it was so convenient having the laundry to wash our wet swimsuits and towels. We had a mishap with the door and the PM responded right away and had a locksmith out quickly to assist. It was a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again!

Very clean. I really appreciated the amount of towels! Most places I’ve stayed do not have enough or poor quality. Directions to beach access would have been helpful but I found somebody else staying there to direct me. Turn right and go to the crosswalk and access is right there! Some shade in the pool area would have been great no overall. 10/10

A lot to do here. They had a nice pool and the beach was very close.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay the whole 6 nights. Someone in our family got ill. But we could go back, we missed Treasure Island which was right down the road.

Great place to stay

We loved the location and the apartment. Everything was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The beautiful beach was just a few steps away. We recommend this place and will return for our next vacation. Thank you very much for a great time we had!

Great location, highly recommended!

This is a great location in Indian Shores! It is a short walk to the beach, within walking distance of a few restaurants or just a short drive to many options. A nice size for up to your family of 5, with a nice open floor plan in the kitchen/living room. Spent many mornings walking on the beach, and then relaxing on the deck. Don’t overlook this one!

Indian Shores Condo

Excellent location with parking, clean but needs a little TLC (e.g. missing wall tiles in bathroom), beach does NOT allow dogs, property is a great value and nicely decorated, very comfortable master bedroom mattress, would stay there again.

Kimberly, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your feedback is very important to us. We plan on taking the wall tiles down. They were meant to be decorative. They just won't seem to stay up with all the humidity. We are all dog lovers and wish we could bring our dogs on the beach as well! The town just feels they wouldn't be able to keep the beaches as beautiful as they are if this "rule' wasn't in place. Not every beach goer takes care of their pet as you or I do unfortunately. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to having you back as our guest at any of our Carter Vacation Rentals for any of your furture visists!

Functional and great location

Functional and located 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Needs a few upgrades like electrical plugs many dont work or used with alarm sensors that you cannot remove. Twin beds comfortable but very squeaky.

Fall break get away.

Nice little 2 bedroom with lots of living space. Close to beach across the street. Walked it in 5min. Johns pass is 6 miles north and a great place to shop and many good food choices. 20 min to about anywhere you want to go to eat or shop. We had a water issue and it was quickly addressed by the carters. Would love to stay here in the future.

Short walk to the very quiet beach

Rental was conveniently located and we always love this area of Florida. Note: The rental is up a flight of stairs so be aware if you have someone with mobility issues. We had an issue with being locked out on the key pad to enter the rental midway through our stay for some reason. Bruce was very responsive and had the issue fixed very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.
