Backyard oasis with private solar heated pool, hot tub and tons of amenities!

If you are looking for a house and community that will give you a great vacation, you found it. The private backyard with newly updated solar heated pool and new hot tub is very relaxing. When you are ready for activities, the community has an abundance. Walking distance to the golf course that also has great food and weekly entertainment. There are 3 heated community pools with hot tubs, free pitch and put 9 hole golf practice course, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, yoga classes and a catch and release fishing pond. We are located at the foot hills of the San Tan Mountains with scenic hiking. After all that activity you will want to come home and relax on the patio with your favorite beverage! This home has a open floor plan with wood floors and new stainless appliances. The entertainment center features a 55โ€ smart tv with surround sound, WiFi, cable tv and stero system. All 3 bedrooms also have a tv for your enjoyment. Tons of shopping nearby and donโ€™t forget baseball spring training. You will enjoy this home and area as much as we do.

Location was perfect for visiting the grandchildren. We loved the open floor plan and outside space. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyed seeing all the hummingbirds out back. The owners have really taken the extra step to make the property inviting and comfortable for any guest.

The property was amazing! I have stayed at many places and this one was, by far, the most well equipped. Everything we needed for a full week stay. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. There are many grocery stores and other necessities near by which make it even more convenient. I needed to communicate a couple times with Bradley and his responses were quick and respectful. We had a very enjoyable visit with our family in AZ. Highly recommend!

This house had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway to see family in the Mesa area. The instructions were clear and we loved all the little notes around the house. My mother especially appreciated the crucifix in the main bedroom. The only issue was that we couldn't get the number pad on the garage door to work when we first arrived, but we got into the house using the key and had the garage door opener for the remainder of our stay.
