Woodlawn Cottage - Beachfront NEWLY RENOVATED INSIDE AND OUT!A terrific 5 bedroom, 5 bath oceanfront home (one bedroom/bath is detached mother-in-law suite), large upstairs screen porch overlooking the beautiful private back yard. Features an open room between the kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar. Beach Access is just outside the back gate. Guests of this home enjoy a pool pass to the Days Inn and Suites pools.
Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. NO PETS. Accommodates 16. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Perfect!

House was fantastic and no surprises. Easy check-in and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Upstairs back porch was wonderful! Backyard was perfect and deer came around visiting!

Lovely home

There is plenty of space in this large home to spread out. Nice sized bedrooms. 5 bathrooms!! Extremely short walk to the beach!!! The fifth bedroom and bath are in a cute garage apartment space. Great location!!

Spacious and Cozy Island Setting

Great home for a large group. Each room had its own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Place is a little dated but nicely decorated. Beautiful surroundings.

In need of a good cleaning!

Loved the house! However, the half eaten cookie and shoes under the edge of the sofa, hair in the bathtub, that were left by previous renters were the only negatives. With a deep cleaning this home is perfect for a family vacation!
