We LOVED this home! It was so nice!! The location and walk to the beach was so convenient. Close to town, and easy to find. The home had all the accommodations you could ask for! Our kids loved the bunk beds.

The SeaBreeze Bungalow is a spacious and comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a very short walk to the beach. Walking to the shops and aquarium in Seaside is just a bit longer, but doable. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook our meals. In the evenings, we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit in the fenced backyard. Check in was easy and communication with host was excellent! We highly recommend this VRBO.

There was no direct access for my pets to the back yard from inside the house. I rented this knowing my dogs would have a fenced yard but getting to the outdoor gate is a real tripping hazard.

The house is cute and roomy, very clean. Well stocked kitchen with some spices, oil, etc. Great back yard and one pile of wood provided. Large portable fan was useful. Neighborhood quiet. Blankets for cozy fire time were nice and there were plenty of games, puzzles and movies. The outlets are outdated - the only 3 prong outlets are in the kitchen and bath. Some of the 2 prong outlets won't firmly hold the cord in place. The path to the beach is 1/2 a block, but there is about a .25mi walk to get to the beach.There is a 99 cleaning fee but you are asked to strip the beds and start the laundry yourself.

Beautiful beach home!

We had a great stay! The house was super close and easy to walk to the beach. It was on a quiet street. Perfect for our small family and we even brought our dog :)

Great Stay Near the Beach!

We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental! The house was spotless, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the large selection of board games and had a blast with the ping pong table.The location is perfect—just a short half-block walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Seaside is a great town with lots of gluten-free options, which was a big plus for a person with Celiac.A couple of small things to note: the bedrooms let in a lot of light, so if you're sensitive to that, you might want to bring an eye mask. Also, the pillows weren't the most comfortable—I'll bring my own next time.All in all, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back—next time with our dog in tow!

Quiet and perfect beach location!

Darling cottage with great amenities for families with small children. Practically on the beach and easy walking distance to the promenade. The backyard is large and fully fenced with a fabulous fire pit and ping pong table. Would definitely stay again!

Great location cozy house

We loved this location near the beach and very quiet, The only drawback was a strong smell that came and went at times outside of the house. After inquiring, we were told that depending on the direction of the wind you can smell the water treatment plant. Still, worth the location and the peaceful end of Seaside beach too!

Mother's Day weekend

Wonderful!

We stayed here for the volleyball tournament and it was perfect! The sleeping arrangements were exactly what was needed, and everyone had a bed (that hasn't been the case in the past), even with only two rooms. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really did have everything needed. Would absolutely recommend :)

Cute house with short walk to beach

Very comfortable and cute house. Really well stocked with everything you need...especially the kitchen and bathroom. Beds are super comfy. Shower head is high up, great for us taller folk.We took advantage of the grill and made wonderful steaks.The beach is very close, just a 1/2 block walk to the trail head to the beach. It's got a comfy cottage atmosphere (not fancy, but super comfortable). One thing to note...the backyard is fully fenced, but you do need to go outside the house and through a gate to get to it.We loved our stay and hope to be back in the near future.

Great find!

Very comfortable house close to beach. Stayed for 7 nights with our daughter and her 2 kids. House is bigger than it looks from the outside. Very clean!! Started every morning on the sun porch with coffee and every evening, after the days activities, in the back yard with a fire and a glass of wine. The kids loved the Ping Ping table! Had a couple questions during our stay and Rob, the owner, was very quick to respond. Beach access is just a half block away (if that), then a little walk through the dude. Very easy! Highly recommend this gem!!

Cute little bungalow one block from the beach

Cozy little bungalow just one block from the beach had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this cute bungalow near the beach. The only thing we needed was a pizza cutter which this VRBO lacked. One suggestion for the next person who stays would be to put a sign above the wash sink next to the washing machine to NOT place anything in the sink as the washer drains into the sink. I placed our next load in a plastic bag and when the washer drained into the sink, our bag fell over and blocked the drain of the sink. Yikes!! We caught it in time but I realized why the floor vinyl was wavy in front of the washer, as other renters must have done the same thing. There is a slight mold smell near the washer, thus, would suggest the owner pull out the washing machine and bleach the floor as we think other renters may have flooded the kitchen by blocking the sink drain and caused water to pool under the washer from the sink next to the washer overflowing if they placed items in the sink awaiting a next load in the washing machine. A note above the sink would prevent the renter from putting anything in the sink during a wash cycle. Other than this, we had a wonderful quiet stay in this well equipped VRBO. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

The home was built in 1924 but was fully remodeled in 2018 and updated in 2022 with much of its original charm intact. It's location is in a neighborhood free of motels and condos in the north side of Seaside where it's peaceful and quiet, but still within walking and/or driving distance of downtown and shopping/restaurants. Also, the cinemas and outlet mall is very close by.
