Come relax in one the few one bedroom studios offered in Tops'l Tennis and Racquet Resort! 607A Summit is a large approx. 460 sq ft studio with a king size bed, 55 inch flat screen TV and small kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a microwave, Keurig coffee maker and kitchen necessities. Newly remolded and wonderful decor! You will fall in love with this studio once you walk in the door. The views are breathtaking overlooking Coffeen Nature Preserve and Topsail State Park. The walk to the beach is short and serene. In need of additional space? This suite can be combined with unit 607 which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with adjoining door (see vrbo # 1274183 for pictures). Contact us for 3 bedroom discounted rate!

Tops'l has many amenities which include a beach side pool, beach side restaurant/bar, hot tub, miniature golf, beach chair service and resort security.

OPTIONAL: The Tops'l Tennis Club and Fitness Center amenities are available to our guests for an additional $45 per day (3 day minimum). This fee gives all guests in the condo the rights to enjoy the use of the 14 tennis courts, racquetball court, state of the art fitness center, exercise and yoga classes, indoor pool, sauna and steam room, and mini golf. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you want to use the club and we will make arrangements for you with the Club staff.

Please know that If you are only interested in enjoying the beach and swimming pools, you do NOT need to purchase the club membership. Your reservation already includes access to the 500 feet of private beach, the Summit heated pool, and the gulf front pool.

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

In lieu of requiring a damage deposit, we charge $30.00 for a damage insurance policy. This policy covers the guest against property damage up to $1000. This fee is noted in your quote as an administrative fee. Please let us know of any damage to the condo so we can make a claim.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a good time at this condo. Property was clean and the multiple pools were a good plus. The condo is a bit small but it was fine for myself, wife, & 2YO. The condo was nice and clean and we enjoyed the balcony and the views. It is a bit of a walk to the beach (with a 2YO) but it’s not bad since you’re in the resort and don’t have to cross any main roads to get there. I would recommend you bring your own pillows, my wife and I are stomach sleepers and really struggled with those provided. The “kitchen” is very small, really just a mini fridge and microwave in a nook, but it worked ok for making small breakfast & lunches in the room. Bring some K cups, the coffee maker is a single serve keurig. Overall, I think it’s a good option for a couple or small family looking for a weekend getaway. We would consider staying here again.

Great stay!

We loved staying at this resort! The beach was a easy 5 minute walk. The owner provided one beach chair and an umbrella to take to the beach. There is also a free tram that will pick you up. There was a balcony where you could see the ocean which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious for a one-bedroom. I am a clean freak and the place was very clean. The shower was a nice walk in shower with great water pressure. Getting to the room and in the room was very easy, as well as parking. One thing is if you are like us bring toilet paper because you will run out after multiple days. We paid the $135 for the fitness center which was a huge plus! Great facilities where my husband enjoyed the weight room and sauna. We would love to stay here again!

About the host

Our families bought this Summit condo in September of 2017. After a complete renovation, the condo was rental ready in early 2018. The Wood and Jefcoat families live in NE Mississippi, while The Taits live and work as Realtors in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We met in 2012 when Tommy and Anita Wood hired John and Katherine Tait to represent them in the purchase of 111 Summit (VRBO # 470878). After Tommy and his son in law Chase Jefcoat completely renovated 111 Summit, Chase and his wife Anna Claire purchased 916 Pelican Beach (VRBO # 992251). This purchase was featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. When John became aware that 607A Summit was in need of a complete renovation, he approached Tommy and Chase about purchasing it together and bringing it back to life. The Summit is located right next door to Coffen Nature Preserve and Topsail State Park and offer undisturbed views of the gulf that you will not find anywhere else. Right outside the gates of Tops'l you will find the best dining, shopping, and entertainment this area has to offer!
