Great unit that is very convenient to the beach. Would not recommend if you are easily irritated with people walking heavy in unit above. It is very loud.

Location, location, location! The best thing about this property is its location. The second best is the pool, jacuzzi and grill areas. The third is the view from the balcony. The only negative thing I have to say is that if there are noisy people in the unit above, you will hear it. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Convenient Location and Clean Unit

We enjoyed our stay, and loved the location of the condo! The unit is very clean, and as described on the listing. Ocean view, and a quick walk to the beach or Pompano Joe's! The only complaint we had was that the guests above us stomped around a lot, and several nights this did not end until 10pm or 11pm. I'm not sure if they were owners of that unit or not.
