Apartment consists of one bedroom and one bathroom with good sized living room. Full kitchen with pantry. Walk in closet. Private backyard, private patio and laundry (not shared). Great air conditioning. King bed. Bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and vanity, and a tub/shower. Kitchen has full size fridge. Gas stove. Laundry on site in back yard. Back yard is pretty large, with trees and large patio area (fenced). Very private and quiet. If you want to walk everywhere and be in the 'middle of the action', this is probably not for you. Off street parking. But if you don't mind short drives to SD attractions but would prefer a quieter setting, you'll probably like it here. Urban hiking close by in Tecolote Canyon.
