-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of the grand total, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-This apartment has one designated parking space within the shared garage. The garage is shared with the front house but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage. If you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking.
