Kid Friendly-Great Location

The property is on a beautiful golf club/resort development with considerable green space and three pools located within a mile or so of the SDC parking lot. It’s an easy trip down Indian Point or over to Moonshine Beach to launch a boat. Traveling into the Strip was also an easy adventure. Many of the buildings are short term rentals catering to Brandon visitors. This home has been well-loved, which makes it great for families with kids. The three levels allow for separate quiet time areas for the adults. While some new carpet wouldn’t hurt, we didn’t have to worry much about the kids. Paige is a great host, quickly providing answers via text. Our family had a great stay and would readily stay again.

Branson Stay

Property was convenient to Silver Dollar City and other attractions. Plenty of room for our family. Carpets were stained but otherwise pretty clean property. Garage has a ping-pong table and was nice to have a place to store vehicle during thunderstorm/hail. Would rent again if visiting Branson.

The house did have enough bedrooms and the location was great. However, it wasn't clean in the fact that carpet and dining room chairs were stained. There was a crack window and torn screen on balcony. The large double shower, only one side worked

Wonderful home and place to stay! Close to SDC! Not far from main strip! We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely decorated home with a screened in porch right on the golf course. Very close ... less than 5 minutes from SDC. Home was furnished with everything we needed. Clean and well kept. We had no problems at all. Would recommend to others. The house is very spacious. The pool table was an awesome addition. Looking forward to staying here again.

House was fantastic!

We were minutes from everywhere we needed to be in the Branson area. House was clean and well setup. Plenty of tools in the kitchen and bathrooms. TVs and wifi worked well. Location was quiet and beautiful. Only small issue was the thermostat on the main floor touchscreen was not super responsive so it was a little tough to use. AC worked great. Garage fridge and gas grill were a great bonus as well.

It was a really good space for our family of seven plus two sets of grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very well stocked kitchen and nice that small things were included (dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, etc). Honestly, there were several things that did not go the way they should have during our stay, but the owners were in constant communication with us and did absolutely everything they could to set things right and take care of us. We were able to have a great stay despite a few hiccups. Thank you for hosting our family!

Ladies trip ( Bible Study group)

6 good friends took a ladies trip to Branson just for a getaway. We loved your place! It was more than enough room for each person to have their own space! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and each space was comfortable. Several from the group said they would rent this space for their family in the future. The only very small complaint is there were no dish towels in the kitchen. ( I did not call and ask for any, we made do. I'm sure they would have delivered some to us.) I highly recommend this place to stay!! It was literally within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice accommodations but needs maintenance

Nice unit with good beds and a great furnished kitchen. Adequate room for all 9 of us. Water pressure excellent in all bathrooms Needs maintenance. Railing to lower level broken and on the ground. Big multiple holes in screen porch that let in numerous bugs making it unusable at night. Cushions need to be replaced. Water damage to molding by shower in lower level Notified owner of the needed maintenance items when we moved in and was told they would fix it when we left. That was not an adequate response especially when the broken railing made it dangerous to go down to the lower level and the bad screens made the outdoor screen porch unusable when it cooled down at night.

Are fairytales true or not?

Who knows. But what I do know is Paige and Nick’s property is fantastic. The location is ideal to SDC, love that it’s in a gated community for a feeling of extra safety (not that you wouldn’t feel safe elsewhere). The house was clean and inviting. There was a welcome book right by the front door, along with multiple pamphlets for info on restaurants, amenities and things to do nearby. The kitchen was well stocked, but the coffee pot took a long time to brew, and there wasn’t much in terms of coffee or seasonings available (which wasn’t an issue- only sharing so others know to bring bc we didn’t). However, there is a Dollar General close by for anything you might need and/or have forgotten. All the rooms were well appointed. Lots of towels, comfy linens, and the bed in the master was one of the best mattresses I’ve slept on in a rental. My parents, sister and her husband stayed in the two king suites downstairs. They said they were very comfortable. The bunk room was such a nice add on. My two oldest kids were very disappointed they weren’t sleeping in there, but rather in the fourth bedroom upstairs, because we opted to put the pack n play in there for the baby. Which, there is one in the hall closet (pack n play) but I was unaware of this at the time of travel, so we brought our own. I’d say, double check with the owners to verify if it’s still available at the time of your trip, so you don’t have to haul yours if not needed. Otherwise, we loved this house and would definitely stay here again!

The duplex offered plenty of room to accommodate our group of 14. Check in was super easy. The whole complex is beautiful. Most anything you want to do is close and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Would recommend to friends and family!

This is an excellent property for family and friends to enjoy time in the Ozarks. The amenities were just as described and plenty of room for all of us. The covered porch and patio overlooking the green were great to enjoy. Great communication and updated amenities. We’ll definitely book again if available when we come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed in the downstairs bathroom. The floors downstairs were very dirty- the kids’ feet were black from running around. The kitchen was stocked, but it was very random and difficult to find what we needed.

The property was laid out well and satisfied our needs. Property is in need of repair. Carpet needs to be replaced. Hand rail to lower level is missing creating a serious safety hazard. Wi-fi did not work the entire time of our stay. Spent most of our first day trying to get it to work. Finally just gave up so as to not spend our entire vacation trying to fix something that should have been addressed before we got there.

Perfect amount of space for us to celebrate our daughters graduation weekend. The multiple levels gave us all enough space, the beds were very comfortable and we were no more than 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Had wifi issues and couldnt log on all weekend which also affected us being able to control the thermostat- but overall had a great time and enjoyed the pool and the screened porch

Reed and Ryan are brothers-in-law that living in Oklahoma City. We have four children between us and love traveling all over the country with our wives and kids, but because of the beauty and attractions offered in Branson, we spend a few weeks per year in the area. Ryan's mother is from Branson and his family has deep ties to the area, including his grandfather that was a long-time judge in the community.

Why they chose this property

Our families have enjoyed numerous trips to Branson over the years, and as active real estate investors, we finally decided to purchase a home in Branson. We love spending all seasons of the year in Branson with our family, and are excited to open our home for others to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Getaway on the Green is a huge 4BR, almost twice as big as most 4BR cabins in the area. The amenities and location of Stonebridge are exceptional, being only a few miles from Silver Dollar City and approximately 10 minutes to the Branson strip. With two living spaces and over 3600 square feet, there is plenty of room for large families! The view off the back deck is gorgeous as the home sits on top of Ledgestone Country Club's 13th green.
