The 10m x 5m swimming pool promises you pleasant moments. The summer kitchen is located next to the swimming pool. The enclosed park of 3,600 m2 is planted with century-old olive trees, palm trees and Mediterranean species.
For your comfort the villa is provided with 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, large living room, wi-fi.
The entrance gate is automatic and you will have enough space to park your cars.

We highly recommend this property. Very convenient in terms of proximity to the town of Vence. Great views out to the mountains. Very quiet despite being so close to town. Great garden and very comfortable house. The hosts are very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Beautiful house & amazing location

We had the most wonderful holiday in Vence. A beautiful house in the most amazing location on the mountainside overlooking the sea and the surrounding landscape. Dialogue with the hosts Bart and Eleonora was excellent both before and during our stay, made us feel at home from the start. The warmest recommendations from our family of five.

Fantastic villa with beautiful gardens and pool area

Recently stayed for a week, this was a beautifully presented property which although very close to Vence itself felt private and secluded. The gardens are lovely and the views from the top terrace are spectacular. All mod cons inside and everything you would need including a nifty ice dispenser which my children loved. The pool itself was perfect size for our whole family including younger children. Great stay and would love to return. Thank you

Perfect place with a fantastic view

We spent two weeks as a family of four (2 boys, 13 and 15) at this wonderful holiday home. We can absolutely recommend this holiday home. It is a perfect place to spend your time. The view is amazing, the garden is a pleasure to walk through, the swimming pool is great for swimmming and cooling down. The house is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We loved the kitchen (perfect for cooking) and especially the fridge with its ice making facilities. Communication with Bart and Eleonora was easy. Thank you so much !

Wonderful villa

We had a very relaxing holiday in this excellent property in a quiet part of Vence. Everything we could wish for and needed was provided. The pool area was perfect for the adults and young leaner swimmer. The narrow approach road up a bit of a hill is something to be aware of, so a smaller car is preferable, but it isn’t really a problem. We very much enjoyed exploring the local area and there was so much to do we need to return to do what we couldn’t fit in. The hosts were helpful and there was good communication with them. The Vrbo app proved problematic at times.

Wonderful home in Vence

There was chilled champagne and a note upon our arrival from our hosts Bart and Eleonora Maris. This was just the beginning of a wonderful stay at their home in Vence. The location was absolutely gorgeous and very close to the historic center of town. E. Leclerc is also close by so we could shop for groceries and make use of both indoor and outdoor kitchens. Bart was very quick to respond if we had questions to ensure that our visit was pleasant. Vence is a charming and inviting town, you will be delighted to stay at such a lovely home with a stunning view. Denise

Vence Vacation

A beautiful villa with lovely views to Antibes enjoying a peaceful location yet so accessible to Nice, Antibes, Menton, Monaco and beyond! We ventured over the border to Sanremo, Italy which only took 40 minutes. The villa itself is lovely and lends itself well to catering for a family and the poolside outdoor kitchen is an added bonus! We spent many a wonderful days around the pool and then relaxing in the evening with a barbecue. The outdoor kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and refrigerator so we could access chilled drinks throughout the day by the pool! Overall a memorable vacation and we hope to one day return to this beautiful well maintained and loved villa.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving, met de mogelijkheid tot heel veel verschillende uitstapjes. Strand, steden (klein, groot en alles er tussenin), prachtige natuur, oude dorpskernen en genoeg lekkere restaurants. Thuiskomen bij het huis was heerlijk. Mooie rustige ligging en het zwembad is heerlijk. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, waarbij in de toekomst een mogelijkheid om je auto op te laden een mooie aanvulling zou zijn.

Séjour chez Bart et Eleonora Maris

J’ai passé une semaine en famille en juillet 2024 dans la villa. La villa est très bien située, sur les hauts de Vence, à 15 minutes de la ville médiévale. La piscine est superbe, avec une cuisine extérieure attenante. La villa est très confortable et parfaitement équipée et les propriétaires sont très accueillants, aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Excellent séjour, villa à recommander !

Casa stupenda, forse un po' isolati ( macchina per qualsiasi occorrente) ideale per 2 famiglie o piccoli gruppi ( noi eravamo in 4 un po' sprecata) non manca assolutamente nulla i proprietari gentili e simpatici, comunque la terro sicuramente in considerazione se dovessi tornare a Vence borgo stupendo

Maison agréable et très bien située, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Cuisine agréable mais pour quelqu'un qui séjourne en famille, manque de matériel, pas de plat de présentation pas de mixer (annoncé sur la description ), pas de plat à gâteau etc ... La literie est confortable, manque d'oreiller et ceux qui sont là sont sales ainsi que le protège matelas et la housse du matelas. Le placard de la chambre du 1er étage manque d'étagère , vous ne pouvez qu'accrocher vos vêtements. Nous avons du changer les ampoules des lampes de chevet de cette chambre. Il n'y avait qu'une ampoule de la rampe lumineuse de la salle de bain qui fonctionnait. La piscine est propre mais manque de parasol, les bains de soleil sont usagés. Le barbecue était sale. Cette maison est belle, je pense que le propriétaire pourrait faire un effort pour la rendre plus confortable.

Bonjour, Exceptionnellement, il y a des gens que même nous, on n’arrive pas à contenter. Nous avons accepté que vous étiez 9 personnes au lieu du maximum de 8 personnes autorisées. A votre arrivée, nous vous avons proposé un ménage et changement de linge intermédiaire. Nous avons organisé des interventions piscine supplémentaires et proactives parce que pendant votre séjour, la qualité de l’eau se détériorait plus vite que normalement. Désolé que vous n’avez pas trouvé dans les armoires de l’ilôt de cuisine les ustensiles, les plats de présentation et le mixer qui vous manquait. Un petit sms aurait suffit pour vous les indiquer. Comme vous pouvez lire dans les avis, nos clients sont tous très satisfaits de notre réactivité. Désolés qu’il ne restait que le troisième parasol après que vous avez cassé deux grands parasols. Comme vous m’écriviez « oublié de fermer pendant l’orage » . Désolé que les bains de soleils ont fait leur deuxième saison. Désolé que les ampoules peuvent casser et que pour cet raison nous avons prévu des ampoules de remplacement bien visible dans la pièce technique. Merci pour votre conseil concernant l’étagère dans l’armoire de la chambre. Ce sera fait. Nous demandons à tous nos hôtes à la fin de leur séjour: « que pouvons nous améliorer pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable ». Cordialement, Bart MARIS

Fantastic Stay

A fantastic villa in the lovely town of Vence. We (especially the children) enjoyed the pool and the outdoor kitchen. It was a ten minute walk into the town of Vence which has all amenities and is great to look round. It is a steep climb back up the hill!

Wonderful & unforgettable vacation at Côte d’Azur!

Wonderful house in the mountains and surroundings of the beautiful City/Village of Vence. Highlight is the terrace with a stunning view towards the ocean around Antibes. Wunderful pool surrunded by a mediterranean garden. Fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. We‘ll hopefully be able to come back soon!
