A luxurius 5 stars hotel, the Chateau saint Martin is within walking distance (5 minutes) and offers a first class spa and tennis courts. Horse riding within 10 minutes.

Am a classical music agent and producer. I travel the world 60% of the time and want the house inhabited, loved and maintained.
Why they chose this property
This property was bought by my grandfather in the early 1950's because of the exceptional climate and quality of the air in this place. He had been wounded as a war hero and suffered amphysema. He used to go every year to the Chateau Saint Martin, a luxury resort hotel, that still exists. When the hotel closed for renovation, he bought the house which has remained in the family since then. In 2006, we undertook total renovation of the house to make it comfortable and modern.

Exceptional situation, in protected nature environment, stunning views. Close to culture, riviera social life, good restaurants, the sea, mountains, ski resorts and away from the Riviera crowds while accessible.
