Welcome to your golf-view holiday home in Vilamoura, just 1 km from the marina and the beach!



This modern 6-bedroom (5+1) duplex is ideal for golfers or large families, with a fantastic terrace overlooking the golf course and a private garden with pool for relaxed sunny days. Picture yourself having leisurely breakfasts on the terrace, spending the day between the fairways and the sea, and returning for sunset drinks with wide-open green views.



Step inside to six air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over two floors. On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a master suite with super king bed, walk-in closet, and open-plan bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. On the ground floor, you’ll find two twin bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with shower, another with open-plan bathtub and separate shower), plus a smaller bedroom with single bed and pull-out underbed, served by a nearby service bathroom.



The bright entrance hall leads into a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for comfortable holiday cooking, plus a cosy dining nook. The spacious living and dining room offers three distinct zones: a dining area for eight, a TV corner with individual armchairs, and a larger lounge with two sofas and two armchairs, cable TV, Wi‑Fi, fireplace for cooler days, and large windows framing the garden and golf views.



Outside, enjoy the lawned garden that flows onto a terrace perfect for al fresco meals overlooking the golf course, shaded by electric awnings. The pleasant private pool includes integrated child protection, and the space is completed by a practical charcoal BBQ, outdoor furniture, and an exterior service bathroom.

Great family holiday house

We had a great holiday in this house, good size, layout and location. However one would expect better quality beds and bedding in a property like this, and the kitchen needs some serious fixes, such as oven and hob which didn’t work properly.

Modern villa with great facilities in a great location

Large 6 bedroom villa, there was plenty of room for our party of 10. Very clean and modern. Nice pool. We made good use of the table tennis table. 15 minute walk to the Marina. Nice quiet location. The agent was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Villa Lake View

Nice villa in a very nice area. It is good but can be better. The villa is actually managed by a company called SEASHELL and all correspondence is with them after booking. They will give you access to a portal, where you can login and manage the villa and order extras like pool towels, cot, high chair and so on. The villa is very big and enough for 12 people to stay comfortably. The kitchen is stocked very well and has a lovely pool. The beds were comfortable and the villa had everything needed for your stay. Things that can be improved: - Communication was a bit slow when emailing them closer to the stay - There was no information book at home advising of things close by, where to dispose of the garbage etc - Some beds only had thin sheets and no duvets. It can get cold in the night and a few of us struggled a bit. - It was a struggle to get hot water going on some of the showers. Probably worth having a look at this. - We paid for basket ball hoop and balls, but only the hoop was installed. There was also supposed to be a table tennis table, but that was not there too. However, both issues were resolved promptly, after I called them to inform them of it. Overall, even with the few minor niggles, we would happily stay again.

Luxury Winter Escape

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lakeview for 3 months over winter this year. The villa is in an excellent location, overlooking a beautiful golf course, and only 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Vilamoura marina / Falesia beach. The villa is very well equipped for both large or small groups. We loved the charcoal grill and fantastic fireplace, as well as the spacious and sunny outdoor terraces. Highly recommended!

An amazing villa, an amazing family holiday.

This villa surpassed our expectations. Once we found our way around what at first seemed like a maze we(a party of 10, 8adults and two children) all felt comfortable and immediately able to make ourselves at home. The villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and its surroundings are amazing. There was no shortage of sunchairs, loungers or space to find quiet time or interact with other family members. We had the pool heated and given the amount of use it got it was a worthwhile investment. A personal criticism is that the deep end was too deep, at 2metres, as it had quite a sharp incline from the shallow end ,but the other family members, including the children with their armbands, loved it. We are left with many lovely memories.

Spacious villa. Needs a bit of modernising

Large and spacious with a very modern exterior but the interior, especially the bathrooms, could do with being modernised to make this into a 5 star villa. Master bedroom area is big with a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom but again these areas are a little bit dated now. Easily accommodates 2 families. Pool area is good with fencing around the pool so it’s very safe. Lots of sun loungers. Garden a bit smaller than expected. View of the lake is actually more a view of the golf course but it’s still very private with lovely mature trees. It’s a 15 min walk to Vilamoura marina and lots of good grocery stores nearby

Amazing villa with everything you could want for a fantastic holiday

Spent a week here in September and it was one of the best holidays. A group of 6 friends shared this amazing villa and had so much fun. The villa itself is beautiful , in quiet surroundings in a lovely area with great views over a golf course. The inside is beautiful and recently updated downstairs so lay out is slightly different to the pictures onsite. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and most of them are very spacious. Some of the bathrooms are a little dated but still very functional so no issues. We did have an issue in one bathroom with hot water but this was fixed as soon as we reported it. The best thing about this villa is the outside space. A beautiful big pool with lots of garden space and plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of space for relaxing and dining and just chilling. We spent most of our time outside. We had the pool heated which was so worth the extra money. The location is about a slow 20 mins stroll to the marina and a Uber taxi to the marina was generally around 3 Euro for 6 of us. We had a great holiday in a great villa and will definitely be back again. Would highly recommend this Villa for a group holiday.

Maison à la limite de l'abandon et délabrée

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s le samedi vers 16h ravis par le temps et le fait de nous savoir "chez nous" pendant une semaine. En arrivant, le personnel Ă©tait entrain de nettoyer la maison. Nous sommes donc allĂ© faire des courses pour ne pas les incommoder. Aucun reprĂ©sentant de l'agence ne s'est dĂ©placĂ© pour nous remettre les clĂ©s de la propriĂ©tĂ© et nous expliquer le fonctionnement des appareils et autres services que proposait la maison. Lorsque nous avons commencĂ© Ă  ranger nos affaires et dĂ©couvert les lieux, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris de voir l'Ă©tat de la propriĂ©tĂ© et avons donc appelĂ© notre contact de l'agence pour leur demander un second passage en urgence car les conditions de propretĂ© les plus Ă©lĂ©mentaires n’étaient pas garanties. Le personnel de mĂ©nage est repassĂ© le lendemain. Description sommaire : - Toiles d'araignĂ©es (trĂšs anciennes) au dessus de la cuisine, des rideaux, sous les meubles du salon, - Fissures sur les murs, - Traces d'humiditĂ©, - Mobilier intĂ©rieur, extĂ©rieur d'un autre temps et tapis sales, - Lave-vaisselle rouillĂ©, - RĂ©frigĂ©rateur qui fuit, - Eau chaude par intermittence, - Volets cassĂ©s. Enfin, mon fils, qui dormait dans une des chambres de l'Ă©tage a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ© par une blatte d'environ 8 cm. A la suite de cet incident et n'arrivant plus Ă  fermer l’Ɠil, nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de quitter les lieux pour nous installer dans un hĂŽtel. Nous avons contactĂ© l'agence pour faire part de notre mĂ©contentement et trouver un terrain d'entente. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©pondu que nous avions pris la dĂ©cision de quitter la maison pour des raisons peu Ă©videntes et que celles-ci ne justifiaient pas d'avoir quittĂ© les lieux. Que nos standards de propretĂ© Ă©taient probablement trop Ă©levĂ©s (Je rappelle ici l'Ă©pisode de la blatte sur notre fils de 2 ans). J'ai demandĂ© Ă  ces personnes si elles avaient des enfants afin de les mettre en situation. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© une indemnisation dĂ©risoire, que nous avons refusĂ© compte tenu des sommes engagĂ©s, puis nous avons menacĂ© de recourir aux services d'un avocat et la somme a doublĂ©e. Une fois ma famille dans un environnement sain, nous n'avons pas voulu poursuivre l'agence afin de pouvoir profiter de nos quelques jours en famille que nous attendions depuis un an. En conclusion, je ne suis absolument pas satisfait des 2 nuits passĂ©es dans cette maison et ne recommande pas d'y sĂ©journer. J'aurais souhaitĂ© pouvoir publier les photos afin que les potentiels vacanciers se rendent compte de l’état de la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Great location with lovely views of the golf cours

A group of 9 golfers playing local courses. The location of this property was great just a short walk to the restaurants in the Marina. A really friendly restaurant just round the corner. We had the pool heated which is well recommended. The garden over look one of the Pinhal fairways. Very quiet luxurious area. The agency looking after this villa where excellent

Amazing

My overall impression of this villa was just amazing, we had a fantastic family holiday on a large scale, and it more than accomadated us. The pool was fantastic, large villa, with all the amumities you need, a nice leisurely walk to the beautiful marine, short walk to the supermarket spar, which had a very small Portuguese bar, with very friendly staff and locals, we enjoyed the portugal and France football game, and even better bottles of super bock €1.05 each, fantastic night, amazing villa. Brilliant family holiday, just one thing, a complimentary, tea, coffee , milk , sugar and juice, would be an asset especially for those with a night flight, as we did not have a drink until 12.00 am next day after finding our way around. Apart from that we couldn't fault this villa

Fantastic villa for family holiday

This villa is conveniently situated within a 10 minute walk to Vilamoura Marina and enjoys beautiful views of the Pinhal Golf Course. It is a short drive away from the Aquashow water park and the town of Quarteira where the weekly Wednesday market worth a visit. It is perfectly designed for a family holiday - offering excellent living/dining accommodation and bedroom facilities. WIFI was a plus for the teenagers in the family! The outside BBQ area was brilliant and the pool was a good size with plenty of outdoor living space as well. Seashell Villas - the property management company - was very efficient and actually visited us in the property on our first evening to welcome us, answer any queries etc and we found this very help I would recommend this property without hesitation as it ticked all the boxes for a fantastic family holiday.

Great Villa for great Holidays!

Just some words to say this Villa is very nice, extra large, nice place, just next a Golf... So quiet. TrÚs bonne notation pour cette villa attachante, on y a passé de trÚs agréables vacances, uartier trÚs calme, assez uppé. Piscine profonde. La plage la plus proche et agréable = Praia da Falaisia (trÚs bien, trÚs grande et belles vagues) sinon chercher l'exostisme des criques cachées (Sao Rafael etc... Google Map et Google Earth permettent de trouver les bons endroits). Il faut un GPS sur place, nettement plus pratique. Si non Villa trÚs spacieuse, Wi-Fi, TV, 4 chanbres, 3 SDB... Vraiment bien. Bonnes vacances aux suivants!
