Logement très agréable

Maison très agréable avec vue superbe sur le golfe de Valinco. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le sud Corse et la perle de l'île, Bonifacio. Quartier calme permettant de se relaxer entre deux visites ou randonnées. N'hésitez pas c'est une valeur sûre.

Un séjour qui mériterait d’être prolongé !

Le gite est bien fonctionnel et tres agréable avec sa terrasse qui est tres bien exposée - point de vue sur le golfe et la chaîne montagneuse - localisation aussi au top ! Une petite inexactitude dans l’annonce il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain - la connexion tv pourrait etre revue -difficile de suivre les matchs de l’euro 2024 dans de bonnes conditions - surtout le portugal ! je n’ai pas pû commenter le match avec M. Perreira 😀 que je remercie au passage pour son accueil

Allez y les yeux fermés...et une fois sur place ...ouvrez les grands!! La maison est au top, confort des lits,equipements machine à laver, lave vaisselle; la vue est exceptionnelle...n'hésitez pas le soir à laisser ouvert car même en pleine canicule la chaleur est tout à fait supportable grâce à la circulation du vent..le domaine est magnifique, les piscines propres et situées dans un environnement verdoyant, la plus proche est la plus belle ; ) Le sourire de Rui et sa femme ainsi que leur disponibilité font qu'on se sent tout de suite bien

Très bonne location dans un domaine très arboré. Au calme sur cette periode post vacances (derniers semaines de juin). Bien placée pour faire la Corse du sud. L'hote qui vous acceuil Rui est très serviable et de bon conseil pour les restos et visites.

Propriétaires très à l’écoute, maison très agréable et bien située. La personne sur place est très serviable. Points négatifs : Literie à ressort peu confortable qui devrait être changé et refroidisseur bruyant (ce ne sont pas des climatiseurs) Néanmoins nous recommandons sans problème !

Merci pour votre avis que j'ai lu avec attention . Pour les matelas , il était prévu de les changer cet hiver, ce sera fait au plus vite ( ils étaient un peu fermes , c'est vrai ) En revanche , il s'agit bien de climatiseurs , ils ne sont pas muraux , ce sont des climatiseurs mobiles avec évacuation de l'air chaud à l'extérieur . Les splits extérieurs sont eux aussi assez bruyants , et les Hameaux doivent rester silencieux , c'est pour cela que j'ai opté pour les clims sans split . Merci encore . Olivier .D

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und der traumhafte Ausblick mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang sind grandios! Herr Pereira war super freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Insider-Ausflugstipps! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cadre magnifique pour cette jolie villa

La vue sur la mer depuis les hauteurs de Propriano est des plus agréables . Si on ajoute une villa confortable et bien équipée, les plages et commerces à proximité, toutes les conditions sont remplies pour des vacances au top! Accueil au diapason , relations agréables avant et pendant le séjour avec le propriétaire et son correspondant sur place..tout est dit.

Lovely house with a nice view

Stayed in August for two weeks. Positive: -Great communication with Olivier and Rui. Very helpful - Charming house with a good space all around. - view is fantastic on the terrasse! Absolutely loved having my breakfast there. - the terrasse on top of the house with an even better view for evening drinks is great! - secured area with gate at the main entrance. - great location. Litterally 4/5 min by car from the city centre and 3min from a supermarket. Very convenient. - kitchen: you'll find everything you need to cook in there ! Negative: - Swimming pool : I really thought the house had a private swimming pool so I was a bit disappointed when we arrived. Instead you have three pool in the residence where you need to walk around to find them. Not very convenient for us. But having said that we had a great time wondering around. Great beaches in south west. - Air con: two air con in both main bedrooms. Very noisy so you can't really leave them on at night if it's hot. - BBQ: there is a space for à BBQ (see picture on the description but only to place and electric plancha BBQ. Not what I was expecting to be honest. I looked around and neighbours had proper BBQ. To sum up : We had a good time in Propriano and the house was lovely

Thanks for for good appreciations :; BBQ is too dangerous in summer ( fire in maquis ) , so a plancha is a better solution . I'm agree whith you , air com are noisy in the night , I'll try to find a new solution for next summer . Cordialement O.D
