Very spacious, clean and quiet place to stay. We didn't have a car so we walked the 30 minutes in to Metchosin for breakfast, which was quite do-able. The kind host drove us to Pearson College, a few minutes away, which was our main destination. This was a very good place to stay and we would happily return.

Tranquil retreat

We had a lovely quiet stay in this well appointed suite. Excellent communication from the host. The property is set in a serene, lush garden with friendly chickens and lots of beautiful outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the onsite sauna & had everything we needed for a short family vacation. We will definitely stay again in future!

Amazing stay!

One of the best locations I have ever stayed at! It’s close enough to the city but far enough out that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet. As well, the property is gorgeous and Serene. The studio itself is clean, comfy, and roomy. The owners are so kind and generous. I can’t recommend this location enough!

After a long day of driving, this suite was like a Zen oasis! Very clean, beautiful decor, a warm welcome from our hosts and their graceful dog, Spock. We had friends join us for take-out sushi around the fire pit in the wooded garden - perfect! The option of a separate outdoor kitchen by the BBQ was awesome and made washing up dishes easy. Very private while having the option to chat with our friendly and interesting hosts. Thanks!

Beautiful place to escape the city

This is an amazing place to stay. It is quiet and beautifully located. The backyard is very naturally landscaped with large trees and plants. It also has a hot tub with was made ready for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to unwind and refresh

This place has a large territory : we've used the hottub and the seating area outside. The unit itself had no kitchen, but there were some dishes , coffee machine and fridge. Outside the unit there is a summer kitchen. I would recommend this place to others!

Très bien

Si vous recherchez un endroit de quiétude c’est l’endroit parfait! En pleine nature, loin de la route et des autres propriétés. Par contre rien n’est à distance de marche (environ 15-20 min du centre-ville en voiture ). Aussi si vous prévoyez manger sur place ce n’est pas très adapté (pas de cuisine proprement dit, quelques couverts). Il y a un petit réfrigérateur mais sans portion congélateur alors ce fût un inconvénient pour nous pour poursuivre la route avec notre nourriture froide. Dans l’ensemble le studio est confortable, la salle de bain est très bien avec une grande douche en céramique et beaucoup de pression d’eau. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le spa, il faut 2 à 3 heures pour le réchauffer donc aviser d’avance si vous le souhaitez.

Enjoyable stay

We booked via vrbo for a wedding that was in the area. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoy all the amenities provided. But our stay, the suite, the grounds and the hosts were amazing. The location is very quiet, safe and beautiful. We are already planning a return trip and will be returning to here next summer.

Tranquil,quiet and restful

Beautiful property with helpful friendly hosts. Quiet get away in a beautiful natural setting. Studio was comfortable with all the necessities. Parking is a little awkward at the top of a steep incline We will definately consider coming back.
