We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, check in and out process was so easy.Only negative was the outlets next to the bed didn’t work.Overall, great condo! Perfect size for just two of us. We would definitely stay there again!

Visited with just my daughter and I. Perfect for just us. Only suggestion I have is to make sure you know the 8 digit code because the door locks automatically.

Great 4th Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The room could use a few things. Shower was not fun and there were no sheets or blankets for pull out sofa, which is why we chose the room for the addition of our two kids. But the room was nice, location great and staff is always wonderful there.

Excellent customer service

There was an issue at Phoenix IV 4092 so the Brett Robinson consultant called and moved us to Phoenix East II. It was a smooth transition and the consultant was very nice and made sure that my new accommodations met my expectations. And indeed it did. I recommend the Phoenix condominiums as a place to stay for your beach vacation.

The condo was nice and clean. Some of the furnishings were not in good condition, but we do not go to the beach to stay in the room the entire time so it was fine for us. The complex only had one operating elevator while we were there as one was in need of service and they were waiting on a part so getting to and from the room took time, but it was not overly unbearable I mean you are on vacation so no need to be in a hurry or at least that is the way we looked at it because we know these things can happen anywhere. Staff who checked us in and out were very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful beach, convenient location, nice condo. Some furnishings were a bit worn.

Condo was nice. Couch and dining chairs were a bit worn but the king size bed and bedroom furnishings were good. Kitchen was well supplied, large fridge, Keurig coffee maker. Overall decor was muted and calming.
