We loved our stay. The property was just as described and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if beach chairs were provided!! We spend a lot of time at the beach and the pool! I already want to go back.

We visited for spring break. The weather didn’t cooperate the first two days but we still had fun using the indoor pool and visiting the nearby shops and arcade. Checkin and checkout were easy and we had no issues during our stay.

Tidewater #307 is beautifully decorated and has an amazing ocean front view. Perfect for just a couple but also has a set of built in bunk beds in the hall. P,anting on going back in the fall!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautifully decorated one bedroom condo in a great location. There are bunk beds in the hall and a pull out sofa so it can accommodate a family. The pool area a beach are so convenient. The condo manager was available for questions and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend 307 Tidewatet!

Location and Convenience

Really enjoyed the stay. It was a long weekend trip, but the convenience of orange beach to home made it feel like we didn’t lose anything to travel. The condo was very comfortable and it had everything we needed to support our stay. Beach was very nice, water was cool and relatively clear and the weather was favorable, mostly hot and sunny. Chair access was straightforward and not congested. The pool was a nice break from the beach for the kids and it wasn't ever too crowded. Overall, happy with the choice.

The pool was nice. Close to the beach. Need to update their fitness facility. The refrigerator filter needs changing. It was indicating change filter. The fitted sheet had stains on it.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a great location and smaller complex which we love…the beach is way less crowded. The condo was updated and had plenty of amenities. There was not much seating in the living area, especially if you have six people and want to watch tv/a movie together. The tv was on the small side and very hard to operate (3 remotes!). We ended up buying a Roku so we could get to our streaming services easily. The doorstop on the condo door was broken and we had to bend down to hold it up and walk the door closed in order for it to actually shut. Not a big deal, but we had to put down everything when going to and from the beach just to close the door. Overall, a very nice condo.

Condo was nice ! Had everything you needed .. could have been dusted better . One elevator was out of order the other when it worked had long waiting times .. gardening people were cutting hedges next door with gas powered hedge cutters that was loud at 7am Didn’t get the gate code to get on the property.. had to have someone let us in .. jets in the hot tub were broken and pool was too cold to swim in … I didn’t try the indoor pool …

We hope the elevator maintenance issue wasn't too much of an inconvenience during your trip. Fingers crossed the resort got that sorted quickly so you could save your energy for the fun stuff! Landscapers are typically early birds-we hope an afternoon nap was worked into your nap after the early wake up calls 😉. We're all about that beauty sleep for our awesome guests! Our personalized guest book is packed with all the secret codes and tips, including amenity, wifi and gate access codes. That is sent to all of our guests upon booking, we hope you found it helpful. You can always call our emergency line if you're missing a code after hours, we're happy to help! As for the pool, we don't enjoy polar plunges either-we hope next time you'll take advantage of the indoor pool-it's a much more comfortable swim experience! Beautiful decor, great location

The condo was a wonderful stay for the most part, until the elevator broke. Fortunately, we were on the 3rd floor, since we had to use the stairs multiple times. We both stubbed our toe on the metal base of the sliding glass door. It is raised high, and we understand why, for the storms. Maybe a reflection tape across to show its there? After we both busted toenails the first day, it didn't happen again. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, in a great location, but the floors seemed to have not been cleaned. Over all, it was a nice stay!

The views from our room was absolutely beautiful. Our condo was very clean had everything that you could need to get started for your vacation .The downfall would be the bathroom was so small. It felt really cramped between the hallway, bunkbeds and master bedroom. Also, I thought it would look really nice if the front door would’ve had a paint job and a nice welcoming mat my personal opinion on this. The heated Cole and Jacuzzi room smelled like chlorine so strongly that I cannot stay in there. I also would not have wanted to put my body in that water. The grounds was nice and clean. The walkway was very nice. Also let me mention the kitchen is very updated and they have nice washer and dryer. I would recommend this condo though. we stayed at this condo for our anniversary.

Beach stay

We are so pleased with our stay. The condo had a wonderful view and everything we could need. My 13 yr old son and I stayed here to have a better space than the hotel resort my other son stayed in for his baseball tournament. It was more than enough for us. We would consider staying in the same place if we were all staying together as a family, it might be difficult to share only the 1 bathroom. The vanity isn’t huge and there’s not a lot of places to store things out of the way. Even though it sleeps 6, I think that would be tight. The property is a little older but very clean, everything works except one set of sliding doors going out to the pool, we appreciate the gated entry and security guard, the pools and hot tub are nice and clean, the walk to the beach is very nice and easy, the walkway seems new and is in very good shape. The elevators were nice and quick and always worked. The property is very well maintained. The beach itself is very clean, not a lot of rocks and shells like it gets closer to the rock jetty. Overall, we enjoyed everything about our 5 day stay and would stay here again.
