STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS!!!

Available June 1, 2023 thru June 30, 2023 ......Stunning furnished rental ten minutes from downtown Santa Barbara available from May 1 to October 31. The 2100 square foot 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath was completely upgraded in 2014 and the landscaping in 2018. Sit outside on the 1000 square foot southwest facing terrace and enjoy panoramic views of 35 miles of coastline and the Channel Islands. The terrace has a hot tub from which to watch the sunset, a dining table for six, a seating area for eight, lounge chairs, and a secluded outdoor shower with ocean views. Monthly rent is $7,000-$7,500/mth. However, owners may be flexible on a price for a lease longer than 30 days. No pets.
