We are also located just two blocks from the "Funk Zone", Santa Barbara's urban wine trail with over 20 wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The Condo:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom private Cottage. As you can see from the photos it is upstairs and has its own large and private 200 square foot deck. The deck is covered and functions as an additional outdoor room which has a patio table and chairs for four with beautiful views overlooking a Zen garden. The deck is a wonderful place to eat alfresco, just relax, or get some work done on your computer. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms all have tile throughout. The bedrooms all have queen size beds. It also has its own private washer and dryer.
