About this property

Gorgeous lakefront property, beautiful view, privacy and space.

This gorgeous and spacious cottage sits on a property surrounded by trees and looks down a small hill to a dock and sundeck right on the lake. You can dock your boat and sea-doos or just spend time jumping or fishing off the dock and soaking up the rays on the lakeside deck. You will be visited by families of ducks during the day and in the evening can build a campfire and enjoy the quiet. This cottage can accommodate 2 families with privacy or has plenty of room for a group of friends to create amazing memories. It has a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom and second bathroom with a roomy shower, along with all the extras you could need like sunroom, bbq, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There is a free boat launch 5 minutes up the road. The town of Astorville
has a perfect little grocery store where you can get your groceries, ice, cocktails, beer, gas, movies etc. Within 20 minutes you can be in North Bay or 30 minutes to the kiosk in Algonquin Park.

Spending time on Lake Nosbonsing will feed your soul and give you long lasting memories like it does our family and will leave you wanting one more day.

PS Our rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Rates based up to 4 people or one family. Add $125 per additional adult per stay. Weekend rentals by request in off season/weekly rentals from mid May to mid Sept.

An Amazing Stay!

A beautiful cottage in an ideal location with an even better view of the bay. This body of water is ideal for the water sports enthusiast. From fishing, waterskiing or just boating we enjoyed it all. Close proximity to town if you needed it, but truly a private northern getaway that ticks all the boxes.

Great place to get away for a while. The cottage has been in the family for a long time, it has all the cottage charm inside, very nicely decorated. It has everything you could ask for……satellite TV, A/C, D/W, W&D, full kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Also the deck, the beach deck, and the dock were great places to hang out in the sun, nice lake to swim in. It was overall a very good family of 4 vaction and would recommend this host if your after a relaxing getaway to the North on Lake Nosbonsing.

Northern Ontario Beauty!

This location and cottage experience is exactly what you think of when you want to escape and see the beauty of Northern Ontario. The cottage was quaint and comfy and has everything you need for a family or a girls trip. And while the cottage is great for having dinner and cozying up at night the real draw is the outdoors! I spent a lot of time on the deck in the morning overlooking the water and then spent much of the rest of the day doing as little as possible on the dock watching the boats go by, catching some sun and having a cocktail. It was also a great place to go for a walk and there is a store very close by that is really convenient. Great place to recharge and be as active or inactive as you like!

Pure relaxation and beauty surround you

I stayed here last summer and look forward very much to my next time. It was wonderful, the perfect combination of rustic and modern - this cottage has it all! I spent a lot of time sitting on the gorgeous deck reading, sipping wine and enjoying the breathtaking views. The lake is heavenly - book it - you will LOVE!!!

This cottage was built by our grandfather in 1979. Over the years my grandparents and our parents slowly added to it with vinyl decking and dock, transforming the porch into a sun room and building a beautiful deck all around the lake side. In 2009 my grandfather and my father built an addition so more of us could come to enjoy everything our cottage has to offer. It has been our favorite place to go every summer since the year it was built and a part of our family legacy.
