About this property

This beautiful, lakefront townhouse in Horseshoe Bay is easily accessible by car from Highway 281 and 2147. It is perfect for a couple’s private retreat, girl’s weekend, or family getaway/reunion. There’s enough space and activities to delight anyone and everyone! Book your home away from home today!

All three levels have magnificent lake views. Lake access is from the lower level boathouse and jet-ski ramps. Owner's boat is in the boathouse and jet-ski is on one ramp but plenty of room for your jet-ski. Just pull out from the dock in your jet-ski and you are on Lake LBJ. It’s that easy and fun.

The Lower Level has an attached one-car garage, and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom.

Go up the stairs to the Main Level (2nd floor) to a spacious and comfortable living room with glass doors that lead to a large deck overlooking the lake. The deck has an outdoor grill, outdoor seating for 4-6 persons, as well as an outdoor dining table for 6. The living room boasts comfortable sofas, wifi, ceiling fans, and lots of lighting. The kitchen, also on this floor, is fully equipped with an assortment of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Meals can be served on a large dining table that can seat 6 or more. This floor also has a half bath where a full sized washer and dryer are located.

The Upper Level (3rd floor) is where the Master Bedroom is located. It has a queen size bed, a private deck overlooking the water, and a full private bathroom with two sinks. There is also a second bedroom with a full and twin size beds and another full bath across the hallway.

Each bedroom has high quality linens and comfortable beds. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fluffy towels.

This is a non-smoking unit. Parking for two vehicles is provided with the rental of this property.

If golf and tennis are on the agenda, the Marriott Resort is less than 5 minutes away by car (resort amenities and activities not included in rental of unit). Marble Falls is 15 minutes away where you can shop, get groceries, gas, and find many restaurants.

Wonderful Place

This is a fabulous place. We went for the Eclipse and it was a wonderful addition to our stay. Clean, well stocked, everything you could expect and more. Beautiful view of the lake, on-site jet ski parking if you want to bring your jet ski's.

Unit was not as shown on VRBO, very dated and not well kept.

Very disappointed, not as shown on VRBO, no bunk beds as shown on VRBO, bed spreads had an odor, decks were so dirty took me 3 days to clean them had mildew that would not come up, patio carpet was very stained, roof leaked and water stains in the ceilings, tub and shower slow to drain, ice maker broken, windows very dirty, wood on patio rotten. I would not stay here again. Owner was very nice but unit was very, very dirty and very dated. Had rented it for 3 months and too embarrassed to invite friends over, would have moved but couldn't find anything in the area for 3 months.

Great location w 2 view bedrooms

Perfect if you don’t want bathroom crowding- both the master and bottom floor BR’s have attached baths, another adjacent to the second BR on floor 3 and a half bath adjoining the kitchen. Perfect! Very quiet and fun. Be prepared for steep, tight stairs- not a good choice for an elderly person or one with iffy balance.

Fun Labor Day Weekend

Location is great; unit was perfect for the family, including the dog. Kids enjoyed fishing by boat lift and management was very helpful with all requests and questions. Thank you!
