Beautiful spacious, bright 2 Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and split floorpan! With over 2,328 sq ft there is enough room for families or groups while maintaining privacy. The area is one of the most sought after in beautiful McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale.

About this getaway home: Our beautiful retreat has a large kitchen complete with 8 seat dining table and work station nook. Spacious social area includes pull out sofa bed, adobe fireplace, foosball table, bar and 58" flatscreen. 2 MasterSuite with private bathrooms, closets and opposite ends of home for extra privacy. Beautiful greenspace right outside as well as private backyard with gas BBQ, fountain, patio furniture making it a truly desert oasis. Pool is less than 1 min walk from front door.

Area: Beautiful McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale area close to all types of entertainment from Old town Scottsdale to sporting events such as Talking Stick Resort/Golf Course and Spring Training facility for the AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies. 5 min drive to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick! Very charming townhouse in great location for playing at Salt River Fields. Great pool literally 20 steps away. The two master suites were very comfortable. We also enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area.

The property was in good condition, the beds were VERY comfortable and the house was so spacious. The kitchen was nicely equipped and even had some spices. A great stay.

The heater was giving us trouble and it wouldn't make the house warmer than 69 degrees. Discovering this on Dec. 23 made it difficult to get serviced said Santiago. We bought a heater at Home Depot that helped keep the larger entertainment room warmer than 69. House was clean and we had family over for the Christmas Broncos Football game. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Master bedroom mattress was old and uncomfortable. Suggest replacing. Overall Great Trip, Good Place to stay.

We had a good stay, not quite great. Location was excellent, the townhouse was quite roomy, pool was just steps away, liked that master bath had a seat and mirror but a couple of concerns.Pictures showed a functioning fountain but the one in backyard hasn't been functioning in quite some time, suggest homeowner take that picture down. In the master shower there was a half used cake of soap, and no other new soap available for showers so husband went out and bought one for each shower, also no dishwasher pods as described in welcome kit( and husband even checked the shed) but really like that laundry soap and dryer sheets were available in laundry room. Chipped paint on cabinet doors and a few burnt out lights, grill needs a good cleaning, so could use a little TLC, but overall really enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again if we return to Scottsdale.
