Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! The spacious floor plan and vaulted ceilings allow guests to be together but never feel crowded. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks. The backyard features a swimming pool, hot tub, lounge seating, a gas fire pit, and 52" gas BBQ grill - all perfect for fun and relaxing year-round. WiFi and cable TV are included.

I've been in Arizona since 1999 and have loved living in Scottsdale since 2003. The people, activities, events, culture and fun have made this a wonderful home. I'm excited that I get to share it with people and have made every effort to provide guests with the most fun and relaxing experience possible. I hike often and the photo of me is from the top of Camelback Mountain.
Why they chose this property
This amazing property is significantly newer than most of the homes in the Old Town area - built in 1999. It has a new pool, spa and all the finest amenities (gas BBQ and fire pit). It's been thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups of friends for a fun, relaxing and very memorable vacation.
