Then consider spending your vacation at Pier Watch II unit 105, a spacious 2600 square foot vacation villa.
Perfect for large families, golf groups, and family reunions.

Located at 3401 North Ocean Blvd in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach SC, Pier Watch II is 100 foot across the street from the Cherry Grove Pier and it's awesome two story observation deck, cafe, fishing equipment rental, and of course fishing for all ages.

At the base of the pier is an excellent casual beach grill and bar. You are even welcome in your suit and flip flops during the day or relax (day or night) on the direct ocean front deck. During the day it's the perfect spot to watch the surfers! There is also a full restaurant at the Prince Hotel at the base of the Pier, directly across the street.

Pier Watch is also just a quick drive to Myrtle Beach's championship golf, live theater entertainment, award-winning seafood restaurants, Barefoot Landing, outlet shopping at Tanger Outlets, miniature golf, water parks, go carts, wake board parks, parasailing, and the list goes on!

Thank you for the feedback albeit not stellar. I would like to take this time to reach out to potential guests to read the other reviews for this property before making a final decision on whether to rent or not rent. All too often guests associate older, less modern, and or basic accommodations as being "unclean". The guest first expresses that the property is in need of an update which means new bathrooms, modern kitchens, etc. and then digresses into it not being as clean as it could be. Our guests are always encouraged to contact us immediately upon arrival if they feel the condo has not been cleaned sufficiently. This information is part of our arrival packet and is posted on the refrigerator of each property we manage. On our website we have over 2700 reviews and cleanliness is mentioned throughout many of them. This property has 75 online reviews with 62 of those being 5 star reviews. That's not to say we are perfect because our business relies on guest taking care of the property and not leaving a giant mess when they leave. It also relies on cleaners to do a good job that day. It also relies on the inspectors to do a 15 to 20 minute walk through and touch up little things as needed. So there is a lot of room for error starting with how the prior guest leaves the residence all the way to the inspector who is the final set of eyes before the new guest arrives. Another Great Vacation

This is the second year my family has stayed at this location and I couldn't say more good things about our stay or the property manager's commucaition. I definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Great Family Vacation

The location, check in process and communication was excellent especially dealing with the Hurricane. Our family enjoyed the quick access to the beach, swimming in the pools and large family style table for games, puzzles, and dinner. The listing was accurate and true to the description. Even when issues came up, the owners were extremely quick to respond and fix the problem. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Excellent communication with property manager. The place was clean. We were a little disappointed the king beds were two twins put together but not a huge deal. Overall it was a great vacation!

Plenty of room for a large group. Loved the easy access to the beach. Loved being able to use the heated pools. Great location. Easy walk to ice cream, grocery store, pizza. Then the pier had a great little bar and grill with seating outside with the crashing waves as our backdrop. Perfect!!!

Perfect and Memorable Thanksgiving Vacation!

Our family - 5 generations, ages 84 to 18 months - had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving. With bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, it was an ideal set up for all! We love having a large room where all 12 of us could gather to fellowship. The owner could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this unit to other family members and friends. I would love to go back next year!

Excellent experience!

The location was great and they had absolutely every kitchen tool I could think about wanting (and quite a few that I couldn’t have thought of!) We were an extended family group of 11 with ages from 6 to 73 and everyone had a great time. Randy was excellent about responding quickly and very helpful and accommodating when we needed to make a last minute slight change to our reservation dates. We would definitely return!

Perfect for a family reunion

We have been renting beach places for a number of years and found this to be one of the best! I really appreciated receiving an email before we arrived letting us know what was furnished at check in. When you get to the beach the last place you want to go is to the store! The condo was immaculate when we arrived. It's just across the street from the beach and just down the street from a huge IGA grocery store. And there are 2 pools when you get tired of the sand!

Dual family vacation

Villa is in good shape for the most part - clean, plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots. Could use another fry pan, though. Soaps in all the bathrooms was a plus. We particularly enjoyed the casino table! The only issues we encountered were the kitchen sink which dripped continuously unless you had it positioned to an exact spot and two of the showers were a bit clogged. I messaged Randy and he said he'd take care of it.

Good for the price

This is a decent condo with a good location right across street from the beach. This part of the beach was not too crowded when compared with Myrtle so we liked that. The property managers communicated well and this condo worked good for our group. The only improvements to mention are it could use a deep cleaning. Everything looked nice and presentable. The floors and the showers could use a deep cleaning but again, it looked nice and presentable. This is an easy fix. We enjoyed our stay. And when considering the location, number of bedrooms, and price, it was great!

Flaws all over

We’ve stayed in quite a few units in Myrtle and North Myrtle the last few years, and this was far and away the most disappointing unit we’ve stayed in. There were several issues we had; - Some of the doors’ locks are broken, including a bathroom on the upstairs floor which was exceedingly frustrating. - Dishwasher shelf was partially broken - Toilets need to be held down to “flush fully.” - The TV’s were INSULTINGLY small. They were seriously comical. 2 of us purchased TV’s from Walmart for the week - Fridge doesn’t have ice maker, which is a big deal for groups that enjoy making mixed drinks with blenders using ice - Ventilation fan in downstairs bathroom doesn’t work at all; dead silent in that bathroom which is right by the kitchen - Wifi was spotty at best - There aren’t actually “king sized beds.” Instead, there are twins or fulls pushed together, which leaves a large uncomfortable crease right down the center of the beds that are very uncomfortable and divide it into 2 halves - Checkout instructions on refrigerator door didn’t match what was sent to us in text message. In fact, they were opposite instructions related to linens and beds. - Unit is smaller than other comparable units. We have stayed in a couple different units with the same number of bedrooms in that building, and this was easily the smallest living room/kitchen setup. These are just some of the many issues we had with this place. The people seemed nice but the room didn’t cut it.

First I would like to thank you for leaving the residence in good condition and for following the check out procedures. Also, thank you for the detailed albeit totally negative feedback. Some of the items I will have out maintenance team address, others I have no control over at all. I decided to do a quick review of past reviews for this property of which there are 46 in all. 28 Reviews On VRBO 23 are Five Star 5 are Four Star , 11 Reviews on AIRBNB 10 are Five Star 1 is Four Star, and 7 Reviews On Happy Crab Vacations 6 are Five Star 1 is Four Star. So we scored 223 stars out of a possible 230. So, fortunately for us the review history is very positive for this property. I am also happy to hear that none of your issues had to do with cleanliness of the residence which is one of the most important things to guests and one of the hardest to accomplish consistently. Sorry we could not live up to your expectations but thank you for giving us the opportunity to try.

We did a couples family trip.The place and location was perfect.Randy communication was amazing.Any question we had he was on it,answering back fast.The place was clean and I can say it was home away from home.I will be using them again.Thank you guys so much.
