This is was a great place for our family (16 in total) to all get together. There was space for all to eat together. The kitchen was well stocked. The balconies (on both levels) overlooked the beach and ocean. We enjoyed drinking coffee there, listening to the waves, and watching for the sun to rise.

Awesome condo and great when you love to play golf!

It was a great experience from the beginning to the end! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a great location on the beach near the golf courses! Our group had a great time and definitely cannot wait to go back again!

Great value for a family vacation!

Love the set up. 3 king rooms and the longest sofa I’ve ever seen (ha!) Great for a family of 8 adults and 2 littles for the week. Steps to the beach and the pool/hot tub, well equipped kitchen. We hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the condo was right on the beach and very convenient for everything. The condo had everything we needed just not a kettle for our tea drinkers. Would absolutely book again.

The property was overall pleasant, but the rooms were on the smaller side. Guests staying in the rooms near the entrance reported being bothered by elevator traffic and noise. There were plenty of great amenities offered at the property, and guests found that parking was easy. Additionally, the property had easy access to the beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Great Location, nice property

Second level is updated , nice bathrooms, bedrooms, family room. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Wonderful gathering space. Twin room on lower level holds storage items in the closet so there is very little room for your “stuff” Master bath on lower level needs updating. Parking is great. Our family had a fun time.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed this beautiful home, especially the wide open floor plan in living room and kitchen. Plenty of balcony space. 2 kings with oceanfront balconies. Our host was wonderful with ice storm at home causing us some concern about leaving on time. All worked out great!

Great Villa for Large Groups

This two story unit lived up to the photos. On first site, the entire family was so excited and pleased with this well-decorated Villa. The large gourmet kitchen is not only beautiful, but very functional and well stocked (loved the welcome hospitality basket). All the rooms were very clean and our family was extremely comfortable with the spacious accommodations. The views from the two large balconies are AWESOME and the patio furniture was clean and had ample seating for large groups. The facilities were good, used the hot tub and loved the firepit, wish the pool was open and heated during winter months. It also included convenient parking and carts to unload via elevator. There are restaurants and stores in walking distance and many additional stores and restaurants along North Myrtle Beach Highway 17 to meet your every need. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this unit very highly, we have already re-booked for another stay.

Great for 2 families!

We were 2 families of 5 and this was the perfect place to accommodate us! One of the biggest pluses of the home was that almost every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom! With so many people, multiple bathrooms was much appreciated! We enjoyed having the upstairs “bonus room “ type space with the pool table that allowed some extra hang out space to separate the kids and adults if we wanted. There was plenty of seating at the dining table and couches to comfortably hang out in the main living space. The property truly is oceanfront which was amazing! Literally can make coffee and sit on the balcony. We were a little nervous about the balcony sturdiness with small kiddos. We loved there were multiple parking spaces so that really convenient too.In regard to location, it was a smidge further out to a lot of things we ended up doing it we had cars so it wasn’t too bad. We had never been before so be aware if you’re planning to do things in north myrtle beach vs myrtle beach. Overall super comfortable, beautiful beach front property with a responsive owner!

We stayed at Stephanie’s condo for a girls trip, there were 12 of us and we were perfectly comfortable with plenty of space! The condo was in a great location to visit attractions close by, and the views from the balcony were amazing! Stephanie was a great host, very responsive, and when we had an issue with the door lock, her husband was over right away to look into it and fix it. We would definitely recommend this stay for a big group!

Great Place for Families

We stayed at this property with 16 family members and everyone had plenty of room. The floor plan allowed each of our family members to have their own bathroom. The large kitchen was great for prepping and sharing meals together. We really enjoyed the oceanfront location and lounging on the balconies when we weren’t on the beach. Parking was super convenient. Stephanie was a great communicator with helpful and prompt responses. Highly recommend!
