The flat was small but very clean, ideally situated for a short stroll into town and a good size communal pool. Perfect for 2 people. We had a great time. The island is very pretty with amazing beaches and a good selection of restaurants

Excellent apartment, pool and grounds

Excellent apartment with spacious bedroom and large bed. Having it's own private sitting area with electric sunshade was a bonus. The grounds were well maintained and secure. The lovely heated pool was just the right temperature to make it easy to enter. Poolside toilets and heated shower were a real bonus and well maintained. It was too hot to use the double glazed pool house, it would be excellent in cooler weather. Property manager was very welcoming and obliging.

Perfect location, cute little apartment

This place was great for us. 2 kids, 3 yrs old and 8 mos. 5 minute walk to the center of La Flotte. Commerce, the port, the beach about 10 minutes. The apartment was well equipped, clean, quaint and homey. Baby bed and high chair can be rented. No oven but microwave oven combi which worked fine. Would definitely rent again here.

Due to an accident and not very good weather trip was rather spoiled, hence 3 stars. No complaints.

Property was fine and as described. We were required to sign a rather convoluted contract by the owner which was not at all well translated from French. Some of it didn't actually mean anything in English ! Still waiting for our Damages deposit to be returned

Nous sommes surpris du mécontentement de Mme SMALLWOOD. Ce vacancier n'a pas eu très beau temps, et en plus a fait une chute de vélo, ce qui explique sans doute sa mauvaise humeur, mais nous n'en sommes pas responsables. Nous avons déjà eu plusieurs vacanciers anglais, irlandais et allemands, notre contrat rédigé en anglais n'a jamais posé problème. D'autre part, ce vacancier a versé la caution à ABRITEL qui nous a informés qu'il procédait à son remboursement le 19 mai. Je contacte dès que possible ABRITEL pour savoir si ce remboursement a été fait.

Un agréable séjour

Une belle prestation, conforme à nos attentes. Le logement est calme et idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre-village. La Flotte est un bon point de départ pour de belles randonnées à vélo. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et agréables. Je recommanderais volontiers cette location à un ami.

Concernant le remboursement de la caution, je voulais apporter cette précision : nous avons dû relancer le vacancier pour qu'il nous adresse ses coordonnées bancaires afin de lui rembourser la caution, ce qui a été fait le 3 octobre pour un séjour qui s'est terminé le 15 septembre.

Fabulous property well located with all the facilities you require modern clean and well presented.

Property excellent everything you needed was available. Everything looked relatively new and clean. The pool was fabulous and it had all the facilities any one would require. La Flotte was lovely and had a great market food shops and restaurants. You must hire bicycles to explore the island and a service bus is a great way to investigate La Rochelle.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Gepflegte Anlage, angenehm dass der Pool direkt dabei ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komplett, an alles ist gedacht. Sie ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Einziges Manko: es kann kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm empfangen werden
