Recently renovated single family home. A rare one of a kind Rustic/Beach atmosphere with all up-to-date amenities located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The home features a full-size kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, wine refrigerator, garbage disposal, toaster oven and amenities.
A full size Washer/Dryer are located on the second floor.
This two-story single-family home also includes a large deck and patio with a gas grill and spacious room for entertaining. Gated community pool available for house guests at no additional charge. Located in a quiet community and cul-de-sac with a worry-free kid’s zone to play without the parents concern of traffic.
The 1st floor master bedroom includes a king size master bed, garden tub and a full-size master bath. The 2nd floor has a queen size bed in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3. The large spacious loft entertains two full size futon beds for extra sleeping arrangements. The main living space, loft and each bedroom have flat screen SMART TVs (Amazon Prime TV, Netflix, You Tube, Hulu accessible) as well as free WIFI and ceiling fans
In addition, enjoy a two-zone air conditioning system (a/c upstairs/downstairs) for added comfort. Two-car garage, driveway and off-street parking offer additional parking space.
Hand Scraped 6" Hickory Hardwood flooring throughout the entire first floor, Concrete countertops, various Pallet walls (Kitchen Back Splash, Work Space, Garden Tub Space and Powder room),Sliding Barn Doors in the Master Bedroom. 250 year old Barn Wood Beams surrounds the stone fireplace, work space and sitting bar area, as well as Ship lap in Master Bath and Dining Room.
BEACH - 8 Beach chairs, 3 Umbrellas, 2 Pool Noodles, 5 Boogie Boards, included in rental
BICYCLES - 3 Bikes included in your stay w/ Bike Trails 1/4 mile from the home!
Each room has a ceiling fan.
Only minutes from the outlets, resort parks, restaurants as well as some of the best golf courses the Eastern shore of Delaware has to offer. Just a short 2 1/2 mile drive or public bus transportation takes you to the Delaware Beaches, including Dewey, Cape Henlopen and everyone's favorite, Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk. Fishing, clamming and crabbing always a family favorite fun activity.

Beautiful house!

Just what we were looking for! The house was nice and clean. We were able to pull one car into the garage if needed. Communication with the property owners was easy and were quick with responses if we needed. The outdoor seating are with fire pit was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Great family getaway celebration!

Our family of 7 gathered to celebrate several milestones. The property suited our needs really well. The loft area was not quite as comfortable for two adults as expected, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, It was a nice balance of being close “to the action” and far enough away to be able to relax. And the property manager was very helpful and accessible

The pictures do not reflect how nice this home really is. Pictures do not do it justice. We were there for a baseball tournament at Sports By At The Beach which was about a 25 minute drive on back roads. The beach area is about 20 minutes. If this home meets your needs I would suggest you grab it. It’s stars are well deserved

Beautiful stay

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautiful and well maintained. The backyard was perfect for the kids to run around and the adults to grille. The pool was nice for the kids and we visited all three of the nearby beaches - overall a lovely stay!

We had 8 people (3 children) stay at Danny's lovely home. Check-in and communication with Danny was a breeze. He was very responsive. The home was very clean and had a rustic charm that made us feel relaxed and at home. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with our family. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Baseball tournament getaway

The online pictures did not do this house justice! Very nicely decorated and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfortable We had 3 families including 4 teenage boys and we were comfortable. Our tournament got rained out so we were really happy to have this spacious comfortable house instead of being stuck in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious

This beautiful home had adequate space for everyone. The back deck with grill was great for outdoor entertainment. The bikes and community pool a nice bonus, and located near all beaches and public transportation. A very nice place to call home on your vacation.
