Spectacular Views, Close to everything Rehoboth + Pet Friendly!

Thanks so very much for taking the time to review our Rehoboth Beach vacation house and for the very valuable information. We will certainly check out the queen mattresses. The remotes do get moved around. There is an extra remote for that TV on the garage shelf and I've ordered another to be delivered to the house before our next guests arrive in case the extra remote went missing too? I apologize for the debris on the decks. Thank you for cleaning it off. We have the lower deck cleared weekly by our lawn service and ask our guests to clear the upper decks. I will remind the cleaning crew to pay more attention. There were several storms prior to your arrival. It's possible the lawn service came before the storms. So very thankful you had a great birthday getaway! Hope you will vacation at our Rehoboth Beach house again soon!

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm quite surprised by your review. In 15 seasons and thousands of guests, no one has ever given a 3-star (or less) review. It is our earnest desire that all of our guests have wonderful experiences at our Rehoboth Beach house, and we work hard to make that happen! I do wish you would have communicated upon arrival (as we request in the check-in instructions) that the house was "marginally clean." Our wonderful cleaning crew guarantees their cleaning and would have been happy to right that wrong! Also, wish you would have communicated any other issues you experienced during your stay. I'm happy to report we've had professionals to the house since receiving your review. The dishwasher has been serviced. Like many newer appliances, the control panel has pictures of the many options. To future guest, just press start and the dishwasher works beautifully. Feel free to call/email with questions. Alternatively, the manual for the dishwasher is in the kitchen drawer under the microwave. The repair crew also reported that the toaster works well and as designed (no fire hazard.) It's a fairly new toaster and was surprised to hear there was an issue. The manual for the toaster is also in the kitchen drawer under the microwave (if future guests have questions as to how to operate.) There is also a toaster oven for your convenience. I have had a pillows and nick knacks that previous guests have left removed. The pictures online accurately depict the pillows and nick knacks at the property. We are happy to label the light switches an will do so after this very busy season.. You are very welcome for the many amentities provided!

I am very surprised because we just had a "deep cleaning" before your arrival, as we always do before the busy season. I'm very thankful for the several days we will have to make sure the house is in tip top shape going forward.
