About this property

Apartment with air conditioning ad Wifi Playa Sol III

Well-maintained residential complex with a communal swimming pool located just 300m from the beach.

The property is located on the 3rd floor with a lift. Upon entering, we find the living-dining room which has TV/DTT, free WiFi, air conditioning and an exit to the terrace, which is furnished and has views of the pool and the sea.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. Next to it is a storage room with a washing machine.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one of them double (with two beds) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a double bed, and opposite it (in the hallway) is the other bathroom in the house. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The complex has a large lawn area, palm trees and a variety of plants. Next to the main pool there is another small one for children and an outdoor shower.

Pets are not allowed.

It has a parking space in the underground garage of the urbanisation.

The distance to the beach is 300m, restaurants 50m, supermarkets 300m and to Dénia centre 1.4km.

In addition, the Oliva Nova Golf Course is 16km away and La Sella Golf Resort is just 7.5 km away.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Un super appartement !

L´appartement qui est très fonctionnel, avec beaucoup de rangements, une belle terrasse. Il est très bien placé dans Dénia, et calme. Les équipements sont en bon état ce qui est assez remarquable et dénote un propriétaire attentionné et attentif à notre confort. Un très beau jardin mais il manque un gardien pour nettoyer ce dernier plus souvent et faire respecter les plantations.

Carlosferien kann man nur empfehlen. Wenn irgend ein Problem auftritt, sind sie sofort zur Stelle geht nicht, gibt es nicht. Wir waren ein Tag früher angekommen als geplant und konnten die Wohnung sofort beziehen. Alles gut! Nichts, alles gut!

Genial, a pesar de alguna cosilla.

El apartamento está genial, pero creo que para el precio que tiene (unos 2200 los 15 días, del 31 de julio al 14 de agosto de 2021) deberían cuidar algunas cosas que paso a redactar. -Las persianas ni una cierra bien, con lo que amanece y si te molesta la luz, malo, entra por todos lados. Con una niña pequeña mal, porque se despierta antes. -En la cocina hay de todo, pero falta lavavajillas, que sitio hay para instalarlo y no tener que fregar cacharros en vacaciones. -Las sartenes hay que renovarlas todas, están tan usadas que se pega absolutamente todo. Incluso alguna no se puede usar porque el teflón está cuartizado. -Las caldera se sale, hay que poner un cubo para que no caiga encima de la lavadora el agua. -Las plaza de garaje es para practicar maniobras, si el coche es grande es difícil aparcar (el mío es un Qasqai y hay que maniobrar mucho). -Solo te entregan un juego de llaves, tuve que pedir otro porque con uno no es operativa la estancia. Por otro lado, está genial que sea el único piso en la planta, con puerta acorazada, aire acondicionado en habitaciones y salón (eso sí, hace un ruido de la leche), buena wifi y tele, miles de utensilios de cocina tipo batidora, tostadora, cafetera, etc .., y cuchillos que cortan, enchufes por todos lados, y una terraza muy grande para dejar las cosas de la playa con mesa grande para comer y vistas a la piscina y a lo lejos, al mar (se ve poco pero agrada). Hay cinco minutos andando a la playa cruzando la calle principal con mucho tráfico (paso de cebra y semáforo al lado). En general muy bien, solo deberían cuidar algún detalle como ya digo. Y el trato con la gente de la agencia fué inmejorable, haciendo más fácil nuestra estancia.

Alojamiento con encanto en genial ubicación

El apartamento es ideal,muy limpio y acogedor,la terraza es amplia bien orientada ,la urbanización donde se encuentra el alojamiento tiene una piscina muy bonita así como los jardines que la rodean.La ubicación muy buena muy cerca de la playa y a un paseo del centro de Denia.

Muy recomendable.

El apartamento esta muy bien y la ubicación es muy buena ya que se puede ir caminando al centro de Denia. Lo único que podríamos calificar como negativo es que había un edificio en obras al lado y los ruidos de la grúa y demás molestaban un poco pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Bonne situation, appartement fonctionnel

Appartement très bien équipée et bien situé. Piscine agréable. Literie très confortable. Petite vue sur la mer agréable. Des travaux ont perturbé notre séjour. L´agence a été cependant très à l´écoute et attentive à ce problème.
