About this property

Our cabin is in the woods right off of the Blue River, tucked away from the bustle of the city, yet just one mile from Breckenridge Ski Resort. It is the perfect blend of old and new with its modern decor!

Our cabin overlooks Quandary Peak (14,265) and the Ten Mile Mountain Range. The Blue River runs through the back of the property. We are close to all the activities you expect in Summit County: Skiing, Nordic clubs, mountain biking, hiking, fishing the Blue River.... the list goes on.

We have an amazing deck to relax on after your day's activities. Make use of our wood burning stove to create a cozy feel in the winter.

2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a cozy king bed and one with bunk beds, connect to the main living space through the bathroom. Climb the stairs in the living area up to a large room that includes a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a separate bathroom.

The open space downstairs includes a stocked kitchen, dining area with mountain views and a comfortable living room. Relax with the flat screen TV or tuck into a cozy reading chair by the window.

Beautiful cabin in the perfect location

This cabin is tucked away in a peaceful forest overlooking a creek and feels miles away from everything - but it’s only a 3-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge! The mountain vistas from the back deck are stunning with a clear view of Quandary. Plenty of room for our family of three, and the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the wood-burning stove in the family room. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! We’ll be back.

Relaxation Cabin!

Family really enjoyed our stay at the house. Location to Breckenridge was perfect, only minutes away from down town. Privacy was excellent, and the house was very comfortable. The Owner/Manager was very quick to fix a broken toilet and the house was stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

The home and views were beautiful and in the perfect location. So close to Breckenridge but with none of the crowds.

Great for Families

This cabin was wonderful for us. We had two families with kids 2-8. There were some toys, plastic dinnerware, a highchair, I think there was a pack-n-play upstairs. Plenty of beds for all of us. Close to Breckinridge, easy to drive to the lifts. The view from the deck was beautiful and scenic after a day of skiing. Neighbors were not too close and hardly noticeable, it felt like a cabin in the forest.
