☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. (We do provide a portable A/C unit in the living room)
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)

CONVENIENCE: Stay connected with high-speed unlimited internet (150+ MBPS) and use our full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for your convenience.

OUTDOORS: Soak in the hot tub on our private deck (disclaimer: owners are not liable for hot tub use), and enjoy our large, landscaped, fenced-in yard equipped with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor gas fire-pit. Unlimited biking and hiking trails are readily accessible for your outdoor adventures.

PARKING: Our huge driveway offers plenty of parking space and is professionally plowed and shoveled in the winter.
