Luxury Villa with Large Pool, Vineyard, Views of the Sea, Taormina and Mt.Etna

Year round, from the crest of a hill this villa offers 180-degree views of the “Riviera dei Limoni” on one side and an incredible view of Mt. Etna on the other. The surrounding manicured vineyard, the centuries-old olive trees, and a well-organized organic vegetable and herb garden provide the house with everything you need for healthy Mediterranean cooking. Extending for over 1 acre, the large outdoor areas include an oversize pool, a barbeque and a traditional, wood-burning pizza oven as well as lounging areas. It's a short drive to do wine tasting on Mt. Etna, where the harvests take place in early Fall.

In Spring and Summer, the lush wisteria provides shade and creates a magical atmosphere. Over 500 square meters of manicured lawn and beautiful tall trees and some fruit trees offer an ideal mix of natural shade and sun for most of the day. Typically guests would spend most of their time outside, enjoying long lazy dinners here at the end of the day, using herbs and vegetables from the garden. Views from other parts of the grounds take in the majestic peak of Mount Etna rising up in the North-West, which is covered in snow in Winter.

At a lower level there is a spacious, covered car park connected to the house through a flight of stairs. The property has a remote controlled entry gate and is extremely private.

All bedrooms at Villa Etna Mar have double-pane windows and french doors with blackout shutters. Outside: Central to the al fresco living experience at Villa Etnamar is the wisteria covered wrought iron pergola that overlooks the pool. It includes a traditional wood burning pizza oven, a large barbecue and a beautiful Carrara marble table big enough to sit 12 people.
