This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is ideal for couples and families alike. The layout offers privacy, with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side, separated by the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler nights or enjoy evenings grilling, dining, and relaxing on the back screened-in porch.

Take in the fabulous views of Lake Hartwell, situated in a peaceful private cove free from boat traffic and waves. Spend sunny days lounging on the covered dock while the kids swim and play, or hop on a boat for a relaxing ride. With 12 feet of deep water at the dock’s end, it’s perfect for lake activities.

Great Weekend

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed to be closer to the venue for our daughter’s wedding. The house had everything a person could need. It was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is very comfortable and in a perfect location. We loved the porch looking over the lake. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’ve already made plans to visit again with our family this summer.

Beautiful Lake Front Getaway

My friends and I came up for homecoming at Clemson and decided to stay on Lake Hartwell. This was the absolute perfect place for us! The house was beautiful and perfectly clean and ready for our arrival. We loved hanging out on the dock and sitting out on the patio in the evenings. The hosts made sure our check in process was as easy as possible and had the house completely stocked with whatever you might need. If you find yourself looking for the perfect getaway on Lake Hartwell, I highly recommend this property!

Great house on Hartwell!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, perfectly organized house on Lake Hartwell. We cooked many meals there and had everything we needed -- and more. We ate all of our meals out on that beautiful screen porch overlooking the lake watching birds and taking in the gorgeous view. A family of Carolina wren was nesting just outside the porch and fledged while we were there! This house is truly a little piece of paradise <3

Great relaxation

We enjoyed our family time there. The house is easy to get to... right off I-85. Quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks. The owners were quick to respond when we had a question. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The built in speakers in every room made listening to music very nice. We plan to stay there again and rent a boat from Portman Marina.

Aside from the molded coffee left in the coffee maker and the food under the couch cushions the rest of the house was perfect for the occassion. Upon arrival, texts with pics were sent to owners with no response.

Cozy cottage on the lake

This property is the cutest little cottage, tastefully decorated with everything you need, in house. Location is perfect for fishing tournaments at Greenpond Landing and event center. You can dock the boat and it's just a short ride by water so no waiting in line for the boat ramp. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. The screened in back porch was our favorite spot in the early mornings watching the sunrise. The house was very clean and comfortable. The large dining table gave ample seating for us to have other anglers over for dinner. Having the washer and dryer helped us keep all of the stinky fishing clothes washed up and ready for the next day. IYKYK. We highly recommend this property!

Relaxing getaway

Adorable, well-appointed lakeside retreat

While are timing of a family visit to see our daughter at Clemson was unfortunate given Hurricane Helene (and power was out everywhere), our stay here was great. The cottage looks newly renovated, has great light and space, very nice bed and bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come back when we have better luck with the weather!!
