Our Happy Place is a beautifully remodeled 3/2 condo on the shores of peaceful Lake Hartwell. The unit is in the quiet community of Hartwell Villas just steps from Sadler Creek State Park. The community has a pool, brand new Pickle Ball courts as well as a day dock for boats.
Come relax on the large back porch or make your favorite meal in the modern and upgraded kitchen.
Located about 20 minutes from the quaint towns of Anderson, SC or Lake Hartwell, Ga. You have plenty of options for dining and shopping. The unit is only 30 minutes from Clemson so perfect for game day or 40 minutes from downtown Greenville for a great day out!

This was our first visit to Lake Hartwell and we left saying we would 100% recommend to friends. The hosts were timely and thorough in their communication and provided a wonderful place to stay. The community was peaceful and neighbors were very warm and welcoming. We brought our own paddleboards and floats and enjoyed our time on water to the fullest! We were already talking about our return trip on our ride home.

This was the second time that we got to enjoy this property Our party consisted of six adults for a three nights stay. Communication prior to arrival was outstanding getting responses almost immediately. Upon arrival, everything was in order place immaculate. No issues during the stay and checked out with no problem. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area. It’s the perfect place for a couple or multiple couples or family.

The property is very clean, very well appointed and recently updated. Everything we could have asked for during our stay was at our fingertips! The unobstructed lake view from the screened in porch was amazing! The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful!

This is my 3rd summer staying at Hartwell in this condo and every year I fall more and more in love with this rental. It has everything you can ask for and the location is so peaceful and amazing. The house is cozy and well decorated and stocked with everything you need. It’s located right at the end of a cove and my kids have spent hours jumping off inter-tubes and the dock. We look forward to next summer and making this part of our summer vacations.

Wow..... What a fabulous time we had staying at the condo.... Everything was faultless..... From the time of making the booking to the actual stay, the process was straight forward. Great prompt communication from the host. The property was spotless and well equipped with everything we could have needed.....Sitting on the back porch every day watching the deer run past, see lots of other wildlife was just wonderful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.
