Amazing Stay!

We have stayed at various vrbos over the years, but this one certainly ranks near the top. The unit was super clean and and had so many extra amenities. Quick walk to Publix and the beach and right in the center of everything. The pool was beautiful and the screened in balcony was amazing. Would recommend to everyone and families!

Very quiet condo in a great neighborhood. Steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and a wagon provided. The wagon was essential for the walk to the beach. Directly across the street from Publix and other various shops/restaurants.

Great place!

Great location, truly walkable to pool, bay, restaurants and shopping. Nice space. Wonderful view from the balcony! Very nice pool. Know before you go: bring your own beach chairs, umbrella, etc if you like, but pool towels are provided! There is no recycling on the property, but you can drop off cardboard/paper across the street at Publix grocery. Both Walgreens and CVS are also across the street, too!

Comfortable and good location

Very lovely place, a short walk to beach. Comfortable beds and washer and dryer. Limited kitchen supplies ( no coffee, salt pepper, spices), that would have been helpful. Also no beach chairs and the code is long and took all week to memorize. Other than these small things it was very lovely and enjoyable

Great location

Condo was well stocked, including a start up kit including a couple laundry soap pods, dishwasher pods, tp, paper towels, etc., which was really nice to get us going as we arrived quite late on check-in date. Location was perfect for us: free shuttle stop right out front of our condo area, grocery store + pharmacy + several shops and restaurants right across the street. Homes Beach just 5-10 min walk. Others should be aware that this condo is up 4 flights of stairs. Balcony overlooks a sea of mangroves, which makes it quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful view and comfortable apartment

The apartment is modern and comfortable in general, the only thing is the extremely firm mattress in the master bedroom. The biggest problem for us was the stairs, we don’t expect 6 of them to get to the apartment. The beach is faraway from the apartment and the pool area is really small and crowded with kids. We expend must of the time outside the apartment exploring the island and we enjoyed our visit to the max. I recommend this apartment for young people without kids.

Nice Apartment/location

We really enjoyed our stay at your rental. The place was very clean, modern, and included a lot of amenities in the kitchen/bathroom. Everything seemed to be in good working order. However, when we checked at 4 PM, we could not get entry. The electronic code did not work and there was no spare key available in the lock box. Had to wait about an hour for the building manager to let us in. There were 32 steps to climb to get to the rental. This should be noted on the listing for older couples who need to carry there luggage upstairs.

Family Vacation!

The condo was nice and clean. Well stocked with towels, beach towels, bed linens, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils/supplies and pool and beach chairs, noddles and toys. We were very impressed. It would have been nice to have a sleeper sofa but, still over all very nice. The pool was clean and plenty of chairs for all. The location was great! It was across from stores, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get information on extending our stay. Not easy communicating with rental manager. It would have been nice to speak to someone instead of back and forth emails. It was frustrating and could have saved a lot of time which could have resulted in us staying another week.

Christmas at the Beach

We chose to vacation at the beach instead of exchanging gifts. This property was perfect! Spotlessly clean. It had everything we could need. The kids kept saying they wanted to live there. We were able to really feel at home. The process of checking in and out was super easy! 5 stars!!!

Beautiful apartment in great location

Beautifully furnished, modern, clean apartment with everything (!) you need for a great vacation. The beach is a 5 minute walk and Publix, CVS and various small stores (including the best ice cream on the island) are just a block away. We appreciated the beach chairs, the umbrella, pool noodles, and the beach cart. We spent here 2 weeks and will surely come back to this awesome place!

Week stay on Anna Maria!

Property was extremely clean and close to everything (center of island). Nicely updated, friendly local neighbors. Pool is clean (saltwater). Property is listed as pet friendly, this is the case. However, there are no places to take your dog to use the bathroom, and none of the beaches allow dogs. Overall, great place to rent and stay. 2 adults, 2 young boys, 1 jack russel .

Very nice condo but would have love to have a small t v in the twin bed room.

Great location central to shopping & the beach Thecondo was laid out nicely & well stocked. In the perfect world the entranced door would be numbered button opened instead of metal keys accessed. The dish cabinets were high up. But the dishes placed in such a way we could not reach them. In the bedroom , the outlets for phone charging was hard to reach. Behind the light nite stand. Replace the lamps with built in electrical outlets and or charge outlet right on the lamps. Very nice couches but no leg recliner or lazy boy chair. Provide some large platter serving dishes We would have clean the windows but had no window cleaner. Soft cleasenser soap for tub & sink & range Not enuf chasise lounger at the pool Nice touch on floor mat and swim towel at front door entrance. Could not figure out your tv system or lack of tv channel guide. Larger waste paper basket in the kitchen sink. Nice selection of drinking glass but need unbreakable glasses in bathrooms & or kitchen for kids & elderly.

A centrally located well stocked condo close to beach and shopping

We loved this condo because it had most of what we needed for our spring March vacation. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, laundry set, nice furniture and a screen porch were all nice amenities. The 2 stall deep carport, with storage room leading to a quiet small pool area were definitely a plus. Our condo building was tucked away from a busy road that had a grocery, drug store, and a small strip mall, a quarter block from the beach. We were so please that we rented again for next year

Doesn't get much better

We loved our stay here at Sandy Pointe condos. The unit we stayed in was meticulously kept, clean and very well appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen items, etc. Location was perfect and walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, plenty of shopping spots, Manatee Beach and dining options. We did not use the pool at all. That's not why we come to Florida. A couple of items I feel need to be mentioned, the guest bedroom does not have a television and it you have someone handicapped or with limited mobility, the several flights of stairs may be a challenge as there are no elevators. A couple in my group has bad knees and hips, but we managed. Overall we loved it here and would stay again.

Love it here and location was convenient

We loved staying at the condo. It had everything we needed including plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were grateful for the starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent (which we didn't use). We loved having a washer and dryer so I could do laundry everyday. We were able to walk and bike (rented) right across the street to Publix, Walgreens, shopping, ice cream and restaraunts. Even though it was a pet friendly condo, we couldn't tell at all that there had pets in the unit. There was a pool, but we never used it. We don't go to AMI for a pool when they have the most beautiful beaches. The only negative is that you have to climb up quite a few flights of stairs to get to the top unit. This became challenging for some of us as we have bad knees and hips, but we managed. The other thing is the guest room does not have a television so our daughter slept mostly on the couch as she likes to fall asleep to the tv. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you

Modern apartment with great views

We love the views, and the great decoration of the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable in general, the only problem was the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom and the many stairs to get to the apartment. The beach is to faraway from the apartment and the pool is small and crowded with children. We have a great time in general and we enjoy our vacation.
