Beautiful Townhome in The Highly Acclaimed Community of Bayside near Fenwick, DE, off of Rt 54.

Our house is a well appointed three bedroom townhouse on a quiet street located in The Commons Section in the Community of Bayside, just off of Route 54 in Selbyville, Delaware. We are approximately 8 miles from both the pristine beaches of Fenwick Island, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland. It is a two story townhome with a Master bedroom and adjacent full bathroom on the first floor. The well designed kitchen and spacious family room as well as dining room are also on this floor as well as a powder room. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all small appliances, pots and pans and pantry items.
There is plenty of parking outside the front door, plus a driveway. This offers a rare convenience for multiple cars during your stay.
The wide common lawn just feet away from the front door can be used for lawn games and other sports. Out back we have a very private paved patio with table and chairs along with a propane BBQ for your use as well. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed , another bedroom with two Double beds and a hared full bathroom in the hallway. Another TV and sitting area is on the second floor in our loft. For you music lovers, The Freeman Stage is a venue from which many nationally known acts perform throughout the summer months. We offer the use of several bicycles to be used at your own risk and convenience. If you are looking for a peaceful alternative close to the beach then this home is for you!

* Sheets and Towels are NOT included with the cleaning fee. You can request to borrow ours, but they must be washed, dried and folded before you leave.
