House in typical small Breton village 400m from the superb Kerhillio Beach. Many sports are practicable: windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, shore fishing, sea fishing, horse riding (on the beach or trails), international golf of st laurent (18 holes) at 6 km, tennis, squash , mini-golf at 500 m, numerous signposted coastal hiking and mountain biking trails (80 km of trails on Erdeven through menhirs, dolmens, chapels and fountains). Felt like home with a view

Olivier was there to greet us and show us around his lovely home, the view was amazing and had every thing you needed. Olivier was always available but did not intrude on your privacy. Fabulous😎

Perfekt!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in einem wirklich schönen Haus verbracht. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck gab es schon den Blick auf das Meer und hinterher konnte man ĂŒber Feldwege zum Strand spazieren. Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde. Olivier ist als Gastgeber hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Surfer-Haus mit Platz fĂŒr bis zu 10 Personen mit Blick auf das Meer

Das Haus liegt fußlĂ€ufig zum 10 km langen Sandstrand. Von der erhöhten Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen. Die KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Olivier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine nicht funktionale Kaffeemaschine hat er kurzerhand ausgetauscht.

Traumhafter Blick, StrandnÀhe, ruhige Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Olivier. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, nur Natur und dann das blaue Meer, keine Bebauung. Im Garten sieht man Rehe, in der Luft Greifvögel. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten zum Kerhilio Strand, der tolle Wellen hat (in der NĂ€he gibt es auch eine gute Surfschule, ESB) und bei dem man bei Ebbe baden kann. Wir hatten unsere FahrrĂ€der dabei. Es gibt vom Haus aus viele Fahrradrouten, die immer mehr werden. Unser Auto haben wir fast nicht benutzt. In der NĂ€he sind hĂŒbsche Orte, die so alle mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar sind, ohne „Straße“ fahren zu mĂŒssen (Carnac, Auray). Das Haus selbst ist wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, einfach und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Zum Haus „gehört“ noch ein sehr lieber Kater, der gelegentlich auftaucht und sich ĂŒber Streicheleinheiten freut. FĂŒr unsere (haustierlosen) Kinder war das toll! Olivier ist ein sehr netter, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus und wĂŒrden auch wiederkommen.

Lovely holiday in a great beachside property. House is in a perfect position close to Kerhilio beach with a lovely view and very well equipped. Host was friendly and welcoming , great communication. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic beachside property

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids under 13. The property is superbly located to access Kerhillo beach, the finest stretch of sand in Brittany, in our opinion of course. Everything you need in a property for a comfortable stay Great communication from host. Overall a great beachside family holiday location.

SĂ©jour magnifique

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour magnifique dans la maison d'Olivier. La maison est grande, trĂšs bien Ă©quippĂ©e de tout dont on a besoin et la vue sur la mer est superbe. Olivier est sympa, accueillant et disponible si jamais il y a une question ou un dĂ©pannage du robot-tondeuse. La ville avec ses boulangeries (il y en a quatre!) et les supermarchĂ©s est Ă  environ 3 km et la superbe plage est tout proche. Avec la chaleur qu'il faisait. la maison se rechauffe mais grĂące aux grandes fenĂȘtres, l'air fraĂźche passe bien la nuit. Le chat d'Olivier va et vient sans dĂ©ranger, mais il se fait remarquer quand il voudrait un petit cĂąlin. Nous Ă©tions tous sous le charme de ce fĂ©lin doux et cĂąlin. Nous garderons de trĂšs bons souvenirs de notre sĂ©jour Ă  Erdeven et recommandons la maison sans aucune restriction.

Großes Haus mit viel Ruhe und tollem Blick

Uns hat es im Haus von Olivier sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben die Ruhe und die GerĂ€umigkeit genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Alles war liebevoll dekoriert und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet und gepflegt. FĂŒr Fragen und Tipps steht Olivier vor Ort freundlich und zurĂŒckhaltend zur VerfĂŒgung. Das Ferienhaus empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

Perfect surf vacation

The house is in walking-distance to the surf beach. Depending on the daily conditions, the beach is perfect for either surfing or kite-surfing. Stores for rental of material are also close-by. The house itself is neat, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Additionally, the terrace possesses a great view to the ocean. Furthermore, the owner is very nice and helpful. Therefore, we can highly recommend this place for vacation!
