Beautiful Capitola Cottage (TO Certificate # VRAB00006) in a peaceful neighborhood. Just a short walk to ocean views. Enjoy a 10 to 15 minute morning walk down to Capitola village for coffee or a short walk towards 41st Ave for dinner. It's in a prime location, whether it's adventure or relaxation you seek.

It has two bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed.
The updated cottage has a brand new kitchen & appliances so you can enjoy meals at home. Complimentary WiFi & Cable TV.

The House sleeps 4 guests at $298 per evening. We have a strict NO PET Policy. A family member is severe allergy to animals.

In the front of the home there is one exterior security camera, like a video doorbell front door only. This is for your protection.

Beautiful Beach House

This is a beautiful little beach house with many very nice updates. It is in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and other attractions of Capitola Village. The house was spotless. We have allergies and the owner was great with their no pets policy and accommodating our requests for no down pillows and bedding and having the bedding washed with fragrance free detergent. We would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful trip. This was a nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to 41st street with food and coffee about 10min walk. Also about 15 min walk to Capitola village where you have plenty of food and shopping. The home had everything we needed. Thank you for a great getaway.

The location is perfect.

We like to stay near Capitola and this house is in a very nice location. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go; restaurants, grocery stores, beach, pier, cliff walk. The house is very nicely decorated and the kitchen and baths have been renovated.

Perfection!

Exceptionally clean, location perfect and quite neighborhood. I will definitely have all of my out of town family stay here. Communication with the property manager was perfect. Capitola Village is a short enjoyable walk and many great restaurants within walking distance. I could not have found a better location.

Beautiful location - responsive owner

Enjoyed our stay at this home in beautiful Capitola near the beach, close to stores. Great neighborhood. House was well-maintained and clean. Used all rooms including two adult children sharing finished garage room. Warm comfortable beds. Mike was responsive to our needs when we had to make some last-minute changes due to COVID restrictions and while we were there. Great outdoor area also nice to enjoy during day or evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Capitola Gem

We had a great time! The house was very clean and as described in the description. We had 2 babies under two and it was perfect for them (we did move breakable items from curious little hands but the house was easily navigated by our babes). The location is perfect. We took multiple daily walks to the public beach and to the brewery and shops down the street. Only thing missing was dish soap but the kitchen was nicely stocked and had everything else we needed. Michael was very attentive with returning messages. We loved this place and would definitely come back!

Cute home & Amazing location

We had a great stay at this cottage close to the beach. The best part about the home is 1) the location with easy walking to the beach and restaurants and 2) the back deck and yard. The inside was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed.

We got in late on check in day and were quite surprised how comfortable we were when we opened the door to this charming coastal cottage. Here is what we loved .... #1 - The beds were comfortable and the bedding was super clean. No dingy smell that you sometimes find with other rentals or hotel rooms. Fresh as can be! #2 - The description and photos were spot on! #3 - Everything was in working order #4 - The back yard patio was inviting #5 - Away from the craziness of Santa Cruz but within walking distance of cute as can be Capitola #6 - Communication There was nothing not to love. We'll be back again!

Michaels house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. We had a little trouble with the TV, which has limited channels and the Chromecast kept freezing, but we just took it as a sign our kids should be outside instead. We highly recommend this home.

Fantastic weekend getaway

I stayed at Micheals property with two girlfriends for a long weekend. We were visiting a friend in the area and the houses location could not be more perfect. The house exceeded our expectations it was clean, had a fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds and tons of space. The outdoor area was great for evenings and morning coffee. Michael was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I will definitely keep this on my list for visiting again in the future.

Many pluses, just a couple of not-so-greats

Clean, nicely decorated, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and a sweet neighborhood. Negatives: bed extra firm, electric stove top, only basic cable (not stated in amenities) linen closet is a mess! Would be nice to have a list of local restaurant recommendations.
