Located on the edge of the maquis facing the bay of Ajaccio with splendid sunsets this very attractive original villa, spacious and comfortable can accommodate 8 to 12 people
It is located on a hillside 800m from a very beautiful rocky beach, 3 km from a superb sandy beach and 4km from a magnificent Genoese tower accessible by a very pleasant, largely shaded walk.
Perfectly equipped, it will surprise you; it has a swimming pool / Roman bath equipped with a massage jet.
This 1.5m x 5m pool is not intended for swimming but its concept is relaxation, cooling before or after the beach or children's play.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Le logement était fidèle aux photos.Magnifique vue sur la mer.Le chemin est effectivement chaotique mais tout de même accessible.Nous sommes prêts à revenir sans hésiter!Nous étions 9 dont 6 ados également enchantésNous conseilons

Grande maison, superbe vue

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans la maison avec une superbe vue sur la mer. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été très flexibles et la communication avec le propriétaire a été très bonne. Il y avait 8 adultes et 3 enfants. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de climatisation et les chambres étaient très chaudes la nuit (jusqu'à 30 degrés dans la chambre). Le propriétaire avait auparavant enfermé les ventilateurs dans le garage pour que nous ne puissions pas nous rafraîchir et avons dû en acheter nous-mêmes. Il craignait probablement que nous consommons trop d’électricité. De plus, nous devions nettoyer intensivement le filtre de la piscine tous les 3 jours sinon l'eau deviendrait trouble. On nous a déjà dit que cela se produisait tout seul. Cela a nécessité une certaine communication avec le propriétaire. Avant de réserver, sachez que la plage la plus proche se trouve à 30 minutes en voiture, tout comme le grand supermarché le plus proche. L'accès à la maison se fait par une route non goudronnée. La plage à proximité de la maison est accessible par un sentier de randonnée mais ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants. Ce n'est pas une plage de sable mais des rochers. Plutôt une aventure. La piscine est très petite et ressemble plus à une pataugeoire. Même si nous avons vraiment apprécié la vue depuis le balcon, nous ne reviendrions pas sur la base de nos autres expériences.

Vue imprenable

Nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants et petits enfants dans cette très jolie villa atypique, dans un environnement calme et avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Nous étions 10 en nous avons chacun pu profiter sans se gêner les uns les autres grâce à ses 4 grandes chambres, ses 3 espaces de douche et sa très grande terrasse. Je recommande vivement. Seul l'accès à la villa est un peu compliqué car elle est située au bout d'un chemin de presque 1 km très pentu et accidenté par endroit. Mais avec une conduite prudente on s'y habitue rapidement. Nos hôtes très sympathiques ont été á l'écoute et disponibles. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour s'y sentir comme à la maison.

Villa en bord de maquis

Maison tout confort. Bémol sur la piscine minuscule. On pensait aussi accéder au bord de mer mais impossible avec les enfants car chemin non approprié dans le maquis . Route pour arriver à la villa très accidentée avec des trous non entretenue par les riverains. Sinon agréable séjour !

Pour un séjour de rêve .....

Tranquillité assurée , vue imprenable pour un séjour magique. Villa très agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse avec vue sur les iles sanguinaires. Tout confort, activités et visites multiples et diverses à partir de Cotti Chiavari , paysages corses magnifiques . Et sous le soleil même en décembre Je vous recommande cette location où vous ne pouvez être que satisfaits N'hésitez pas c'est magique ! Des vacances comme on les aime ! Sylvie
