'BENQUE BELOW' is located in a small mountain village at 1000 m altitude in the valley Oueil called 'the valley Trou aux'.

Ride mountains and towering mountains, fishing, spa and fitness, cycling, paragliding, skiing, surfing ... and the months of September and October come and listen to the call of the deer.

Une maison idéale

Très bonne exposition, idéal avec des enfants en bas âge.Une maison parfaite sur l'agencement, il y a tous le matériel nécessaire. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire qui fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Merci à elle. Prêt à y revenir l'hiver comme l'été.

EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT POUR QUI AIME LES RANDONNEES LES SENTIERS PARTENT PRESQUE DE LA MAISON

La maison est agréable, très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée le propriétaire attentif et sympathique, pas pointilleux sur l'état des lieux, en confiance et c'est très appréciable. Seul bémol et très personnel la déco mériterait un petit coup de jeune en retirant tableaux figurines qui encombrent un peu l'espace.

Casa grande y cómoda

La casa está muy bien. Puedes aparcar el coche en el garaje, tienes patio, barbacoa, calefacción, el comedor es grande, etc. El pueblo es pequeño pero muy tranquilo y para las compras tienes Bagneres de Luchon a unos minutos en coche. Si volvemos a repetir por esta zona, esta casa estará como principal opción por calidad-precio.

Maison proche de Luchon

Logement confortable, accessible par une dizaine de marches (pas de plain pied). Cuisine un peu petite mais très bien fournie en ustensiles et plats divers. Aux heures chaudes de la journée, la température est excessive dans les deux chambres du haut et sur la terrasse. Elle redevient normale en soirée.

Maison spacieuse et bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est bien située, confortable et spacieuse. Nous avons pu faire de nombreuses randonnées et les enfants ont pu faire du canyoning, de la spéléologie et du rafting. Ils ont adoré. Sinon rien ne manque dans cette maison pour cuisiner, ce qui est appréciable. Merci également aux propriétaires pour leur accueil. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Très agréable séjour en mars. Nous avons apprécié le niveau d'équipement excellent (cuisine, audio et grande TV HD LCD, jeux, revues, etc ...même pour les enfants), le bon confort et l’accueil. Seul point à surveiller: le chauffage avec un unique thermostat au milieu de la maison est un peu délicat à régler et la note de chauffage peut monter assez vite. Si l'on veut ne pas trop consommer de fuel et être bien, il faut réduire le débit des radiateurs à l'étage et dans les chambres, et régler le thermostat à 20°C. Avec des robinets thermostatiques ce serait parfait... Mais les aspects très positifs de ce gite l'emportent très largement. La route qui passe devant et autour de la maison est très peu fréquentée. et donc la maison est très calme. Magnifique vue vers le sud et les sommets. Bon rapport prestation / prix

Très bon accueil, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est très bien équipée, jolie, propre et très bien isolée. Seul bémol le chemin étroit du village et aucune place de parking dans la rue . Heureusement la maison possède un garage et le temps s'y prêtait. Stations proches.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Íbamos dos familias con niños y la casa tiene todo lo necesario. Está situada en un pueblecito muy pequeño pero muy cerca de Luchon donde tienes todos los servicios. Posibilidad de realizar muchas excursiones y los dueños son súper amables. Hemos estado muy bien... seguro que repetimos...!

Die Vermieter Frau und Herr Sugne sind sehr nett. Wir sprechen nur ein bißchen Französisch, das war aber keine Problem. Irgendwie hat die Verständigung funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche ist für den Hobbykoch perfekt ausgestattet. Eine grosse Garage ist speziell für Motorradgruppen ideal. Für Wanderer ist der ist der Ort auch interessant. In unmittelbarer Nähe bzw. gibt es zahlreiche Wanderwege, von einfach bis anspruchsvoll.
