Step outside your door to the beautiful resort pool, or relax, grill and chill on your private patio. Our condo has a new, dedicated wi-fi service, so you won't be competing for connectivity, speed or signal strength with other guests in the Mai Kai community. Enjoy wi-fi enabled TVs and thermostat, and a fully-equipped kitchen if you feel like a quiet night in. This is one of the few Mai Kai condos with an open-concept kitchen/living area with a large island (seating for six!). Brand new, quiet dishwasher for 2024, Keurig and drip coffee makers, microwave, full sized refrigerator and range, all dish ware and cookware, a variety of glasses and mugs, plastic cups and plates - our beach house has more than you'll need to enjoy your stay. Bath towels and bed linens provided. A community laundry facility is available on the property a short distance from the condo.

This is our family beach house, and we want you to feel like you're part of our family. There is so much to do, all within a few miles. Delicious food and drinks only blocks away at the oceanfront. We love the Atlantic on Pacific, Isle of Capri and Orion's Roof (with panoramic rooftop views of the oceanfront). Visit the Virginia Aquarium and Adventure Park, Ocean Breeze water park and go-kart track, or rent some kayaks and cruise Rudee Inlet. Visit 64th street park, hike the nature trails and relax on the private beach at the Narrows. Take a tour of Fort Story and check out the lighthouse.
