Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 12th floor.

We have 2 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shore Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

SMDC is going downhill. Shell was a nice building. The fire alarm in Shore B goes off 3 or4x a day. The kitchen exhaust cannot deflect a tissue. The smoke detector is over the stove. You do the math. The Korean elevators are small, often inop, and the slowest I have ever seen. Korea should stick to TVs and cell phones. I am glad I just rented owning would be a nightmare. The staff are very nice people.

Desde el día uno fue muy fácil comunicarse con la propietaria y al llegar nos designaron a Glenn para nuestro traslado, su atención fue increíble! Siempre estuvo atenta a nosotras (viajé con mi hija) aun después de haber hecho check out. Solo pongo 4estrellas porque creo que el mobiliario podría mejorar, el armario y las puertas del cuarto/ducha ya están gastadas y a veces se traban pero después de eso es genial y sobre todo para quienes quieren cocinar en su estancia viene completamente amoblado.. lo recomendaría mil veces!

The grease trap on the sink keeps overflowing. Only one key on the door was provided. No water from the hrs of 12midnight to 5 in the AM. We have to clean the overflowing water from the grease trap. Stinks. I would not have given it a star if it was not for the aircon.

Staying at shoe residence is not a good experience . The unit has flies everywhere and the fire alarm goes off almost everyday and every night ..The lobby staff are very polite and respectful . They have a lot of securities walking around to keep the condominium safe . The locations is great , walking distance from MOA and couple of mini mart , Starbucks and several restaurant on the first floor outside the condo . The unit itself doesn’t have washer and dryer or phones , but they have laundry room outside the buildings .The pool area is fantastic , huge swimming pool and huge seating areas by the oool .It is the best swimming pool areas I’ve ever seen in my life . The positive thing about this condo , they keep the lobby , hallways surrounding areas very clean . I am not happy about my condo because of the bugs & flies ,not once I brought food inside my unit because of the flies .

The Shore Residence was excellent plus! The room and kitchen were excellent and the restaurants and grocery stores were a delight for my 25 day stay. This is across from the Mall of Asia. Yes Manila is hot and humid, but the Shore Residence is located away from the traffic BUT nearby many places for shopping and sight seeing. Excellent facility and very friendly staff.

This is a great neighborhood with well maintained property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
