Flip Flop Paradise-Steps to the Sand! Free Bikes

This brand new remodeled Seaside Villa is just steps to the beach. Beautiful ocean view from your private balcony and view of the pool from the front door.
Everything in the unit is new, down to the sheets and towels. New appliances, flooring throughout, sleeper sofa, kitchen table, comforter and much more, all purchased in January 2025. Brand new Serta plush queen sized mattress set purchased Nov 2024.
There are many great restaurants within walking distance, but the kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook. Includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a barbecue grill and picnic tables on the grounds.
There are also beach chairs and bikes for your use.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. If there is anything we can do to make your vacation more special, like flowers or champagne, just let us know!

Vitamin Sea at Seaside Villas

The location can’t be beat! The villa is steps to the beach, shopping, dining, & on-site pool. The condo is cozy, clean & well equipped. The owners are very responsive to messages. We had a wonderful stay!

July 4th Family Vacation

My family had a great time at the Flip Flop Paradise for a family vacation during the July 4th week. We chose this accommodation because of its price point and walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend it to others for these very same reasons!

We had an excellent week in Hilton Head. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Easy access to the beach from the building and nice view of Ocean from the balcony.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Pool was small for the number of units in the building, but the beach was right there and beautiful. You're walking/biking distance to Coligny plaza, too.

Cute but tiny condo close to beach!

This tiny condo is in a great location and beautifully updated and maintained. Convenient to shops, restaurants and and quick walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy. It was perfect for just the 2 of us but would have been a tight fit if we had additional people/kids with us!

The condo was in a perfect location for walking to beach, bike path, and restaurants. My only suggestion was to get a floor lamp to put by chair for people who like to read in the evening.

Fabulous Location

My husband and I were looking for a quiet spot close to the beach for a week in Hilton Head. This spot more than delivered. We were steps from the beach, had a view of the ocean from our deck, and were a short walk from shops and restaurants in Coligny Square. Owners were easily accessible for questions and accommodating.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed the unit and the bikes on a nice fall weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is limited and cookware wasn’t great, but good enough to make it work. Awesome location, the bikes might have been a little rusty but work on the beach.

Great little condo

I booked this place for a girls trip, my closest friend, and I. It was exactly as advertised. Small but great view of the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how close it was to the beach and how convenient it was to restaurants and other activities. Would highly recommend it but it is small. Perfect for a couple or in our case two friends one who is willing to sleep on the sofa bed.

Hilton Head Gem

Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

The property was just what we needed for a short stay in HH: 1. walking distance to Coligny Plaza and tons of great restaurants 2. a short walk to the beach 3. nicely furnished 4. clean (bathroom was immaculate, which I appreciated very much) 5. a pool on premises 6. beach chairs provided (big plus) Though the place can sleep more than 2 people, I'd say this is definitely ideal for a couple. We had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Fantastic Location

This property was right on the beach (path right at the end of the parking lot). It was small, but ample for two people or a family with small kids. There are two bunks in the hall for kids. It was very clean and well appointed. The owner, Kendall, was really responsive to any questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was an amazing getaway.

Outstanding Anniversary Getaway to HHI - August 2023

The Villa was wonderful -- excellent view of the ocean. Everything has been very nicely updated with sea-theme decorations, comfortable bed & sofa-bed, modern water faucet in kitchen, and very neat & clean. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants, groceries, and gift stores. We were easily able to visit nearby areas during our stay. The beach was also within easy walking distance and definitely one of the nicest beaches we've seen. The owner was very responsive and provided excellent communications before, during, and upon leaving our stay. High recommend this property for any couple planning to visit HHI.

Anniversary celebration

We realized when we pulled in that we had stayed in this property once before but in a different room. We like the proximity to the beach and the pool. Timing in September allowed us to avoid children which was enhancing our quiet time. Kendall was very accommodating and even brought us an automatic drip coffee maker which seemed to be missing from the room somehow. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Seaside Villas II, room 286

The room was as shown in the pictures. My wife loved the decorations, and the kitchen provided all that we needed. The building is in a great location and very well kept. I liked that a key or key card was not necessary. The WiFi worked great as my wife had to do some work while there. The pool was cleaned daily, as well as the the walkways. There was a great family atmosphere with no partying or other foolishness that is often found at other beaches (Myrtle). The host was attentive to our needs and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here. I just wish they had a hot tub in the pool area.
