The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes, a DUO Keurig, cookware, everything you need. The remodeled bathroom has a full size tub and shower and great lighting. Brand new TALL toilet was just installed. There is extra storage as well! The condo is located near Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, the new Celebration Park, bike trails, and of course steps to the Beach! Seaside Villas offers a nice picnic and BBQ area, a newer private outdoor shower area, very nice sundeck near the ocean and a Swing! Seaside Villas has many covered parking spots, an elevator and luggage carts to aid in loading and unloading!
