It boasts an awesome Ocean view from the balcony and living room! You are just a minute from the beach! This condo also offers a KING size bed along with 2 bunk beds ladder and bunk rails provided!) .The furniture, bedding, artwork, flooring, appliances, ceiling fans, lamps, mattresses, paint....everything is newer! The kitchen has all newer appliances, dishes, a DUO Keurig, cookware, everything you need. The remodeled bathroom has a full size tub and shower and great lighting. New TALL toilet. There is extra storage as well! The condo is located near Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, Celebration Park, bike trails, and of course steps to the Beach! Seaside Villas offers a nice picnic and BBQ area, a newer private outdoor shower area, very nice sundeck near the ocean and a Swing! Perfect unit for our long weekend stay. Two adults. We walked to shops/restaurants. Nice view of ocean. Well equipped kitchen for our needs. (We did not cook but certainly could have). We did not use bikes but definitely like to ride all over island on our longer vacations. Would definitely stay here again!

So so sorry about the pool. It was one thing after another, many people worked around the clock to get it back open. We were told it would be open by Friday. They had to close it due to negligence of several other guests.

This is the perfect property for a solo traveler, especially a woman. It’s safe, clean, and right on the beach. It looks like it’s a converted hotel room. So, that means it’s not big enough for a family. I had a great time because I was by myself and it was on the beach. I’d definitely stay here again, but not if there was another person staying with me. I would find it too small.
