Have an amazing taste of paradise in the Agave Studio, it’s a beautiful enchanting studio unit in the heart of Loreto. You will love cooking a meal in the small colorful equipped kitchen, and eat them at the high bar inside or outside. The kitchen has the all the necessary equipment to prepare a complete meal. The bathroom has all the essentials, with colorful tiles, giving a Mexican touch.

With a first of its kind contemporary Mexican style in Loreto, Loreto80 Studios is laid out like a theme property, according to Baja’s flora. The building was made to match the historic architecture from downtown. It’s located on the main street of downtown (quiet street), next to our Mission of Loreto and only 3 blocks from the beach. Each of the 6 studios are located in the same area with a shared patio to relax under the Pergola, for sun bathing or having breakfast.

LOCATION: Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach. We have the best location!!
It is perfect for couples or single travelers.

⚠️ Parking notice: Due to ongoing city street repairs, parking directly at the property is not available. There may be limited street parking approximately one block away, depending on availability.

The room is wonderfully done, kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Bathroom is nicely sized, shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Convenient location, very quiet for being so close to the cantina which is also great! The only thing I could possibly suggest is more bath towels other than that Great spot!

Loreto 80 is a true Gem in the heart of Loreto. Access to two grocery stores and the Malecon are all within a short easy walk. There was live music on Wed, Thurs, Friday , Saturday and sometimes Sunday. Music venues were all within two blocks of my unit and Loreto 80 music never went past 10:00 PM.The Loreto property is very well maintained. Some of the owners live in the same complex which is nice and they are truly wonderful caring people! A couple of minor issues in my place were tended to in a timely manner. Lots of hot water, comfortable bed, and comfy chairs.There is a cool little courtyard that we often used as a meeting place for other people who also stayed. I met so many great people from many parts of the world who shared interesting stories. I found a real sense of community here. There was some construction (I was informed of the construction beforehand) but I wasn't bothered by it. The property is being enhanced so some noise is to be expected.Loreto 80 has become my new winter destination and I am definitely returning. The laid back atmosphere of the town is very inviting and the local people are really friendly. I ate at 20 - 25 restaurants and never once had a poor quality meal. I have been to Mexico many times and this place is a real keeper.Cheers Cam H Manitoba Canada

In the heart of it all

Our first time in Loreto and didn't know what to expect. We didn't rent a car, but didn't need one. Once we took the taxi to the property it was so easy to walk everywhere. Such a cute town. And the lodging was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Location is good as you can access a grocery store, restaurants and main plaza all within walking distance. Property was okay but the kitchen needs new dishes as mugs were stained and chipped, cutlery was minimal and there was an odd assortment of bowls and plates. There was only hot water in the mornings and infrequently in the evenings. The check-in code was incorrect and fortunately some other visitors were able to contact the owner who eventually showed up to let us in. That shouldn't have happened! The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well unlike Netflix. Impossible to connect to it. We enjoyed our stay as the locals were extremely friendly and helpful and there was plenty to experience but a little more attention to the upkeep of the property would've been appreciated.

The Center of Loreto

I can’t say enough about Loreto and Loreto 80 near the center of it all. No car - no problem - you can walk to everything. It was kind of a relief not to worry about driving for a month. There are two nice markets close by. Hungry for good food at nice prices - I think there were at least a dozen nice restaurants all within a few blocks. The best part was the friendliness of the people - it completed my satisfaction of the trip. That included both the locals and the visitors. Already looking forward to returning next year.

Tranquil oasis

We kind of stumbled onto Loreto by accident, some fisherman in Cabo recommended we visit after at trip there last Spring. What a delight, I have never enjoyed a little community as much. The property is pristine and tranquil, lovely garden area behind a safety gate. Steps from the heart of the historic district, yet so quiet. The property is new and I would classify it as boutique accommodations. For the cost you will never get more. Clean, airy and spacious with designer touches. Comfy bed and pillows, AC and fan, bathroom is a nice size. The kitchen is tricked out and there is everything you need to cook a meal. The location is exceptional, 5 minutes from the ocean, half a block from the historic district and a block from a grocery. You are steps from the best places to eat and two blocks from the best fish tacos I ever ate. This is a prime example of a place that does everything right!

Loreto 80 studio was perfect for us. The kitchen fully functional, there was even a blender for smoothies. The bed was very comfortable, and great quality sheets and towels. The AC worked wonderfully - and we were here during the hot season. Beach towels, an iron, and netfixs were provided too. Shower water pressure was stronger in the morning than in the evening. Solvina was was a wonderful host. Next time we are in Loreto we will definitely stay here!
