Drive through Caywood Vineyards on Seneca Lake to reach Stowe Road and you'll find Stowaway tucked away in the woods. With 300 foot of natural lake front and a brand new permanent dock, this two bedroom (plus a loft) home will be the perfect retreat away from your everyday life.

Walk in through the side door and find an open floor plan. A beautiful stone fireplace greets you to your right and before you, you'll find the quaint kitchen and cozy living area.

A full bathroom with shower/tub combo can be found off the kitchen. Completing the lower level you'll find both bedrooms, each equipped with new flooring.

Upstairs, a loft overlooking the living area holds the third sleeping area with king size bed. Consider yourself lucky if you're able to have this area to rest your head at night!

Outside - enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony and watch for the eagles and variety of birds that frequent this area, or sit each night with your favorite Finger Lakes wine and watch the stars come out.

The large yard is perfect for games and outside activities. Walk the stairs to the lakefront and spend the day sunbathing on the dock, or jumping into the cool waters of Seneca Lake.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
