C’est La Sea ... It’s all about the sea. This beautifully reimagined and renovated oceanfront home sits in a priceless location, with sea views from every room. Fresh out of a complete renovation, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath updated Caribbean gem has it all!

This home sits on the water in Great Cruz Bay, offering waterfront living with an open concept kitchen, indoor plunge pool and great room. Two King bedrooms with their own baths sit on opposite ends of the home, entered through interior doors, but with direct deck access. The bedrooms are large, with water views, A/C, ceiling fans, Cable TV and a warm island feel.

A third bedroom, The Crow’s Nest, has an outside entrance and spiral staircase access with sweeping views of Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas. It has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom A/C and a smart TV. It is a unique bedroom with a nautical flair.


The beautiful new kitchen and dining room have expansive views of the water and boast new appliances with a large island for cooking and visiting, indoor pool for a late afternoon cool down dip and happy hour. Step up into the Great Room which has a large seating area, desk and printer for those who have work to catch up on, and a flat screen TV with Sonos surround sound, including both ROKU and Cable access. The indoor dining area is just a step down from the kitchen, and with it’s large wood table there is plenty of room for all. All indoor areas have air conditioning.

But the outdoors of C’est la Sea is what sets it apart. There are a large shaded and covered dining table and conversation tables for alfresco dining and lounge chairs nestled in the white sand beds. A hammock sways in the breeze and beckons you to drift away to the sounds of the sea. A fabulous six-person hot tub and three steps into the water make it picture perfect! The sun sets right over the bay and the hot tub is the place to enjoy the daily spectacle while the pelicans feed right in front of you

C’est la Sea is one of the only homes on St. John offering easy walk in ocean access with a sandy bottom, pool, hot tub and so close to town and the Westin. You can float over to the Westin for cocktails or have your charter boat pick you up right at the house. Sea Kayaks are available for guest use as well.
