Villa with two independent dwellings all on the ground floor in the house, easy access, with 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed 1.40 mts wide, bathroom: bath, shower and private WC, 1 with double bed 1.60 mts. large toilet: sink and shower, 1 other only with 2 single beds, 1 separate toilet, Large living room, adjustable sofa and individual armchairs, American kitchen, extendable interior table, balcony, sun terrace or shaded by a blind, shaded garden for dining outside, having a barbecue or resting. Private parking see photos, above ground pool of 6 mts.
TNT satellite television. Baby cot (leaf holder).
The private parking lot can accommodate 4-5 cars (see photos) next to the house.
The road is dead end, we are a few families to live there safely and in good harmony. It is very quiet, ideal for forgetting the noises of the city.
We are fluent in French and Spanish, English and Italian basic
 . We will be available for any information.

Spacious House in Stunning Location

We were attracted to this property for the following reasons: * Large enough to accommodate our family of 5 (kids aged 12-16) * Full kitchen facilities, incl washing machine * Comfortable living areas (outdoors and indoors) with lots of character. * Beautiful, quiet location, to escape the summer crowds of Nice. * Swimming pool The owner is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay immensely - would definitely return.

Family Holiday

We spent a great week at the villa (Adult and two older teenagers). The area is very interesting and a little cooler than being by the coast, but only a 25 min drive from the main coastal road which can be joined at the airport. The village itself is a steep walk up the mountain side but can be accessed from car parks at the top, making visiting the lovely restaurants and shops much easier. The villa was very quiet and had good facilities for cooking and barbecue with easily accessible supermarket, bakery, wine and cheese shop a few minutes drive away just outside the village. The owners who live in the adjoining house just above and behind the property (seperate entrance) were very discreet and you would not know they were there. As previous reviews have said, the access into the car parking is quite narrow and care must be taken when making the turn from the narrow lane into the parking, which is reasonably spacious and nicely shaded. The roads up the mountain can be very narrow too, with tight hairpin bends around the village, so a large 4x4 might have issues getting in! There is wifi available but the TV is a little older with just some European satellite stations available, meaning that if you wanted to stream your own devices or audio there was no facility even if you brought a chromecast or similar. We brought a bluetooth speaker which was very useful. The pool was just as described but probably not suited to small children. All in all well recommended.

Heerlijke oase van rust. Ideaal om van de wereld los te koppelen en te ontspannen. Nette en ruime accommodatie, ideaal om met kinderen naar toe te gaan. Zwembad was de ideale verfrissing. Prachtige plek om van daaruit de omgeving (met de fiets) te verkennen. Vele pittoreske dorpjes in de nabije omgeving. Voor ons echt een aanrader!!!

Belle situation mais très (trop) vieillot et très difficile d'accès

La propriété en soi est sympa, jardin sympa, bbq, table à l'ombre, piscine, propriétaire disponible et sympathique, MAIS ... Accès TRES DIFFICILE, nous avons abimé nos 3 voiture lors de notre arrivée ou notre 1er départ de l'endroit, le propriétaire doit absolument faire quelque chose pour faciliter l'accès au parking ! Côté ameublement, très (trop) chargé, mobilier ancien, rustique, style vieille Italie, déco un peu spéciale, cuisine difficile d'accès pour cuisiner à 2, peu d'espace de rangement, ... Bref, bel endroit qui pourrait être magnifique avec une "solide" restauration et modernisation de l'intérieur et un aménagement de l'accès au parking voiture !

En ce qui concerne le parking il est prévu des travaux cette semaine, désolé pour vos 3 voitures pour 5 personnes. Pour la décoration je vous rappelle le principe des locations saisonnières d'Abritel ou autres, ce sont des maisons ou appartements de particuliers donc la déco est propres à chacun, de plus que c'est la première fois que quelqu'un nous fait une telle critique en général les gens sont très contents en témoigne les autres appréciations.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im August 2018 als Familie mit drei Kindern einen schönen, entspannenden Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist in den Bergen sehr ruhig gelegen am Rande des Waldes. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Terrasse und zwei Gärten, einen mit Schattenplatz zum Essen und einen sonnigen mit Pool - alles zur alleinigen Nutzung, also genügend Platz für eine große Familie. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, idyllisch gelegen und ausreichend groß. Für die Jugend gibt es ein gut funktionierendes WLAN. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Saint-Jeannet ist ein malerischer Bergort, nicht so touristisch überlaufen mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Eine beeindruckende Aussicht hat man vom Berg Baou (1,5 h Wanderung). In der Umgebung kann man sehr viele Ausflüge machen und nach dem touristischen Trubel in die Ruhe der Berge zurückkehren. Cécilia und Thierry sind sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und geben Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, idéal avec des enfants en bas-âge, paysages magnifiques, très bien situé et calme à la fois. Propriétaires accueillants, disponibles, plein de bons conseils et passionnés... Cerise sur le gâteau: des produits du terroir de qualité... Nous y retournerons certainement!
