Not a worry in the world, toes in the water!! We invite you to experience the sandy white beaches of PCB with your family and friends!

Check this out! This is the perfect beach getaway property for you and your party!
+ Sleeps 22 people in beds.
+ Fantastic location only 3 blocks from the beach.
+ 4 off street parking spots, accommodations for 2 extra vehicles can be made with advance approval from owner
+ Easy boating access into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bay.

The Space:
Two units in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. These two (separate) units rented together have 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), a large loft area attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 5), and two queen, one full and one twin sleeper sofas in the common areas sleeps 7). So - the unit can sleep a total of 22 people in beds!

Unit B: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head.

This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

Not good housing for adults

In the listing it shows the thermostat set at 65. Both units the thermostat was locked at 67. It was close to 100 degrees when we arrived. The upstairs was to hot to sleep in both units. The photos of Unit B upstairs are misleading. It does say the upstairs has lower cielings. It did not say the door to the upstairs is on 4'6". I don't know how it passed inspection. There is only 1 bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs. In unit A the drawer labeled extra bedding was empty. These are OK for a couple adults and kids but the temp upstairs needs to be addressed.

Unit A & B

Our party rented out Units A & B. The property was easy to find, close to the beach, and very spacious for a large crowd. Keep in mind that Unit B does have lower ceilings so it would be ideal for children. Reese was easy to contact and was very quick to answer any questions and provide help. We all enjoyed our stay!

Cute apartments for a large group

Place was very nice. I was expecting to be able to walk to the beach, as listing said it was just a few blocks away. There are resorts right across from this house so walking with lots of kids to an access point would have been exhausting. Plenty of space, rooms were adequate, bathrooms nice, and kitchens well equipped(atleast in unit B). Unit's A upstairs bedroom was really fun for the kids, they called it the hobbit room.
