Parking is just feet away from the entry door. Inside, cool shades of blue and green and both vintage and modern décor that greet you and put a smile on your face instantly – You have finally made it to the lake! It's time to kick back, relax, and more importantly – HAVE FUN!

To the right of the entry you'll find the first-floor bath, and galley kitchen. You'll be pleased to find the kitchen stocked with a generous supply of cooking and eating ware. Prep salads and meals for the BBQ that you'll definitely feel inclined to have as soon as you step out on the lakeside patio!

For those of you that would prefer an inside dining experience, a dining table is available for your group to gather. Windows span the entire length of the dining room allowing you to enjoy the lake view from the inside any time, day or night. Off the dining area you'll find a cozy living room with beautifully crafted stone fireplace and flat screen TV. Completing the lower level is the first-floor bedroom.

The relaxing atmosphere travels upstairs where the home is completed with two additional bedrooms, both having lake views, and the second bath.

The outside patio offers a whole new world of paradise. Become a grill master on the large gas grill as you dine outside and watch the lake come to life each day. Whether you're jumping off the dock, sun bathing or nestling around the firepit at night - we challenge you to have fun every day while you're here.

Just a short drive down the road, you'll find scenic Canandaigua, NY, with all of the sights, food, and fun you could ask for. Take a stroll through downtown's Historical District, or enjoy the lake from Kershaw Park or the City Pier. If food and drink are what you're looking for, check out The New York Wine and Culinary Center for some of the best that the Finger Lakes has to offer. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
